Unfortunately things didn’t go well for him and one day he perished in an earthquake. Miraculously though, fate had a different plan. Arthur found himself back in his 18 year old self! He had regressed! With all his memories intact, Arthur vowed to reach the top of Morpheus Online, taking advantage of all the secrets that were still hidden along with the biggest secret of them all: The Dragomancer’s Legacy! Taming dragons? Wielding their powers? All was within the grasp as long as one became a Dragomancer. But there was a lot more to the dark side of Morpheus Online that Arthur would discover, realizing there was more to his regression than just luck.

Arthur knew that the condition to go to the next main settlement was to reach the level 10, but there were some additional things that were needed. 

First of all, the players didn't even know that there was a town near the village. They wouldn't be told that there was something like this even if they hit level 10. Only when they were informed by certain NPCs would they realize that they could actually get to the next settlement.

And even then they had no idea that they could actually obtain a class after that. All this was the knowledge that was only obtained after one reached the first town. 

The towns were made in such a way that most of them were located near the newbie villages. Of course, even if they were 'near' the villages they were still a few hours away. In order to reach the town, one needed to be strong enough and also have permission from the village chief.
