Felicia Martel

Hearing her name from the stranger's mouth surprised Felicia.

"You know me?" She couldn't help but ask.

Knowing that it would be strange for him to know her, especially considering her tendency to hide for the most part, Arthur knew he had to be careful with his words.

"Ah yes, I've heard of you from the Property Manager Johan." Arthur replied.

It was now that the concierge also approached them.

"This is Mister Arthur Grey, Miss Felicia. He's the new tenant." The concierge introduced him.

Hearing that, an expression of realization appeared on Felicia's face.

"I see, so that's you," Felicia responded. "Though why did Johan tell you about me?" she still asked.

"I was impressed by the decor and design of the apartments, Miss Felicia. That led Mister Johan to tell me that this was all personally done by you." Arthur gave a reasonable explanation, which was also true.
