After leaving my manor once more I decided to follow the nearest thread of Fate that was attached to me as like gravity it pulled me closer towards them as I made way through my city of mine.

"Hmm…. With this power couldnt I just rule the world with a snap of my fingers?…. No, I've only gotten this power and it's reach itself isn't global, as far as I can feel I can change the fabric of reality within the entirety of Cairo but no further than that.

But then I had this feeling, so for the first time since I read the entire thing, I pulled out the book related to the original story of this world, and when I had it in my hands something fundamentally changed with my power.

Instead of just the city of Cairo could I use this power to the extent of the entire globe, but in doing so put a strain on both my spirit and mind.

I feel I could only do one major thing that can effect the world itself at a time for now until I get used to and my power gains even more in strength but it actually needs time itself to get more and more powerful as skipping 50 years into the future didn't add to my experience with it as I was only standing still during that time.

So I decided the best and easiest course of action to do, "All the leaders of the world bend to MY will, (Overwrite)" I say as The World: Over Heaven, appears and grabs the book alongside me as I felt a massive power wave spread out from my body and all across the world as my word became law in this world.

*inhale* "Haaa…. That took the wind out of me…." I was able to do a total rewrite of my world, which pleased me to no end, but the main issue is that certain conditions need to be met for that to be possible for me to accomplish.

One I need to be attuned to this world fate itself and have a strong 'link' with it, I don't necessarily need to be that worlds center like I am here but it certainly helps, it would probably drain me even more if I wasn't as connected to it as I am.

Two I need to have the worlds source, it's story, in my hands for me to change it completely in one thing and one thing only as it is extremely exhausting mentally and spiritually to spread my influence world wide.

Three and the most important part, I need to be one of if not The Strongest existence in that world to achieve it as if I'm not then I do not have a good chance of accomplishing a worldwide Overwrite as the fates of those stronger than me will get in the way of my total control, but only extremely powerful entity's of demigod levels of power or higher could disturb my overwrite as I am currently.

So after think about that I quickly gathered myself before I continued on my original journey to get me some pets of my own.

I just smirk at how east have things have become, but now I have to wait for this 'Man from another World' to appear and for me to save him to initiate the EOH Protocol as the reward calls it, but I feel the meeting with this man will be soon enough.

"Welcome!" A man says as I enter his pet shop that is filled with exotic pets of all kinds, but only two catch my interest before I smirk and go over to them.

"I'll be taking these two." I point at the two Falcons before me just as The World: Over Heaven goes over to the owner and places his palm over his head.

His eyes go into a daze like state, "Uhh…. Yeah you can take them…. Free of charge…."

"Good." I say as I open their cages and they both instinctively fly over and land on my shoulders.

"PetShop, PetSounds let's go shall we?" I say before I leave the shop just as both of them soar up into the air but stay close by as they follow me, I didn't just overwrite the shop owner but them as well to quickly make them both loyal to me and me alone as I don't have the time to try and tame them over time so the sooner the better for me.

But then I stopped after realizing something, another string of fate got even stronger, *Whistle* and soon after both of them landed on my shoulders before I pulled out a photo and showed them both a picture of my home.

"Home, go and stay there." I said pointing in the direction of home after they both got a good look at the picture before they nodded and flew off in the direction of home.

I then grinned and headed for the Airport here in Cairo, after all 'she' just got off her flight and arrived here, the gate that binds us is both strong and weak, but as she doesn't matter only the one who will come to be because of our union.

So disappearing into the shadows once more i reappeared by the Cairo International Airport before I walked towards the exit and 'accidentally' bumped into her.

"Oh I'm so sorry, here let me help you." I said with a gentle and charming smile as I held my hand out to her.

Who was she? Well she was none other than Ms. Shiobana herself or otherwise known as….

The mother of Giorno Giovanna himself.

"Huuu…" I breathed out as I stood on the balcony in the most luxurious hotel in all of Cairo as I looked upon the cities lights out here under the night sky.

Behind me lay a woman with a happy smile on her face as she was comfortably snuggled up in the luxurious blankets with her clearly satisfied after a rather rough night with me.

"Heh, I can already feel the string of fate getting stronger between me and the child in her belly." It clearly means it was a success of me going out of my way to make her pregnant this day, besides even if she wasn't on her period I could easily make it so by manipulating her body like putty in my hands.

"No need for me to out stay my welcome." I say before disappearing and reappearing within my home once more before I enter my study as I sense both Enya and N'doul were in their own rooms resting for now, even if Enya no longer required it she still does, though I'm not much different as I enjoy the feeling of actually sleeping and not going dormant for months or years at a time in that insufferable coffin….

Suddenly my phone became to sound an alarm I had never heard of before, but it didn't sound good so I decided to look at it.

(Warning! Numerical spatial disturbance detected! Location, Monmouth Beach, New Jersey, USA!)

"Numerical spatial disturbance?…. Wait…. Isn't anything that's considered a Numerical in anyway referring to alternate timelines…." I stop and think about before my eyes widen. "No…. It better not be what I think it is…." I toss the book I was about to read off to the side before fading into the shadows only to reappear in the shade of a tree as the sun slowly began to arise in the US.

"I can feel it myself, I can see it to, the ocean is being pushed back from whatever is going to arrive…" I say as I walk up to this anomaly before my eyes.

Though before my eyes I see the shadow of a man, and what appears to be his Stand, appear beneath a ocean wave before it pushed away to reveal the man before me.

*Cough cough!* "Damnit! No matter how many times I jump from one world to another this insufferable spin won't leave me be! Damn you Johnny Joestar! If I could get away from this I'll make you pay severely for all the pain you have put me through…." He says in anger as before my eyes I slowly see his body begin to spin in several different sections as it worked up from his feet up his body.

"Oh? You really do need some help." All I needed to hear the word Joestar and I feel that this man must be somewhat like me, plus this seems to be the 'Man from Another World.' That I need to save.

"Who? Di-Diego?" The man says as he turns to look at me and sees some similarities between me and another person.

"Diego? No you may call me Dio as there is no Diego here." I said as I approached before letting The World: Over Heaven, touch him and Overwrite what was ailing him causing his body to keep constantly spinning.

"!!!!" The look of shock on his face as his body reverted back to its original form before he slowly stood up and looked at himself feeling his body no longer constantly stuck spinning infinitely on into eternity had I not got in the way.

Soon the ocean rushed back to replace the land that was displaced, but we both easily jumped away and landed further on shore so the water wouldn't touch us.

After the excitement of what ailed him being fixed faded he looked at me and bowed his head towards me.

"Let me express my utmost gratitude for what you have done to me on this, I'm a man who never forgets his debts, but I will admit you do seem familiar to a man I know, are you sure your not Diego Brando?"

"No, I am only known as Dio Brando, though if I had to guess this Diego Brando would be your worlds counterpart, but from the look on your face I only look similar to him but not a hundred percent him, but isn't it rude not to introduce yourself?" I say in return.

"My apologies, I've been through a lot in the past few days, let me properly introduce myself." He says as he coughs into his hand before he introduces himself.

"My name is Funny Valentine, 23rd President of the United States of America." He says as he holds out his hand to me which I take and shake in return.

I smile slightly, "Dio Brando, and welcome to my Earth Valentine, and I hope this is the start of a wonderful relationship." As I think I have found my key to gain my most loyal of followers to my side at his most strongest.
