Convincing to become an Adventurer

"Father, I want to become an adventurer."

I said to father with fierce determination showing through my eyes. Surely he would agree once he sees the fire in my eyes, won't he?

"Not possible."

He said without even looking up from his papers.

"Why!?"

"Sigh. You are the future Queen Angelica. You will face trouble going in the outside world."

"Can't I just put on a disguise?"

"Angelica, it's a safety issue. And you won't be needing to become an adventurer to become a queen."

"So I don't want to become the Queen if I can't follow my wish. I am the future queen, not the other way around."

He finally looked up from his papers, clearly tired with black circles around his eyes.

"Why the sudden interest? You have been a good child and haven't asked for anything until now,"

"Because I want something special. I don't want people to remember and suck upto me just because I am a queen. I want to be remembered by my name. I want the future queens to be taught that they should become a queen like Queen Angelica. I want to attain a title for myself, not to remain just a Duke's daughter."

The Queen happily agreed to my request, much to my disbelief. Though I admit that she is hot, having Angelica's memories has led me to see her as a mother figure.

"And please tell me about your adventures from time to time! I will keep it a secret from Julius."

"Umm, are you really ok with that?"

"Umu! You are still young! You should enjoy your life a little!"
