It was a place shrouded in secrecy and guarded by layers of encryption—where people like him, and others far more dangerous, shared information no one dared speak of openly.
The site loaded, revealing a simple interface that belied the danger and complexity of the world it represented. He was on the search for one person in particular: Ghost. The enigmatic hacker had connections to the Black Serpents and, more importantly, to Phantom.
