Chapter 7 - Suspicion

"To my dear Lyara,

I have decided to write you this Letter to tell you something. Something only you can understand. I know I need to explain a lot, but please just trust my Words without any real explanation.

I have decided to look for People who can help us go to the Port City as fast as possible. And if you read this letter, I will probably be on my way already. I don't know when I return, but please keep in mind that I didn't leave you.

Now to the Reason why I wrote this letter in your Language. Simply said, I am the same as you. Somehow, God reincarnates Persons like us. Persons who, simply said, don't really believe in God. It's as if he's giving us another Chance. But as I have noticed in my Live, we seem to be the only two that got reincarnated. So after you told me your Story I was surprised. I went to the Holy Site of our Country. And prayed. For the first Time I heard Gods voice, I felt determination I have never felt. He told me how I should proceed and that we have a Spy in our Ranks. That is the Reason why we got attacked. He then told me to rescue you and go to the other Continent with you. So that is what we're doing now. The only Problem is, it would take too long and according to God, we need to hurry and be there in about 2 Weeks from now. So, please wait for me to come back. I won't explain more, just know that God is real and he is with us at all times. Even if something Bad happens.

My hands are shaking, my Body is sweaty. I can't believe what I just read. Her name is Maria, it's a beautiful Name, I wish I could've met her in our old Lives.

I think for a bit, about what she wrote, God is real, but, if he listened to her, will he listen to me? And how does Religion work in this World? The only thing I know is that our Country had a unique Monotheistic Religion, similar to Christianity. So maybe it has something to do with it.

I decide to burn the Letter, only keeping the Piece with her Name written on it, as a keepsake.

I decide to get myself dressed, which is pretty hard for such a young Body.

I then walk out of my Room and go downstairs to eat Breakfast.

A few Days later, with my Money almost being used up completely, Maria came back.

But with her were 5 Men. They seemed rather suspicious and Maria looked a bit different than usual.

It didn't matter to me though and since I'm still a little Kid, it shouldn't matter to me.

I hastily run over to her and hug her. The 5 Men are laughing. Maria starts hugging me, but she is still a bit weird, I take a quick glance up her Face... It seems, empty.

But before I could look at it closer, she suddenly started to smile, making her Face seem more alive again.

Maria told me about how, after a long search, she found those 5 Men who decided to help her out for free! So we decided to start our Journey to the Port City immediately.

We go inside their Carriage, one Man riding it and the other 4 sitting in the Carriage with us.

They still seem suspicious. I look down to not draw any attention to myself.

But then I noticed, I haven't even really looked at Maria yet. Her appearance, although empty, is rather elegant. Was she always like this? If I remember correctly she was more cheerful before...

Her Hair is a beautiful Platinum Blond. Her Hair is also rather short, only going to her Neck. Her eyes are Green, but her Skin is the same as mine. White-Grey.

Now that I look at her, although she is small, she looks rather beautiful and her Breasts are really standing out. I haven't really noticed it before, but I think it's because of the Clothes she wears currently. They make her Body seem way too erotic. But... I... I don't know how to describe it... it just seems off. This isn't her. It can't be her. What is going on? I decide to not pry into it any further and just keep still for now.

As we travel through the Continent, we stop and set up Camp every Night. This Time we even have Tents. I sleep with Maria in one, while the 5 Men sleep in one single large Tent.

But something was weird, and I mean not the monotonous and boring Nature that we see everyday, but Marias behavior.

After I fall asleep, I always wake up when she gets out of the Tent, I pretend to sleep but every time she does this I wonder what she does. That is until today. When I decided to actually go outside and follow her, or that is what I had planned...

Instead of going somewhere, she just went inside the Tent of the Men.

And I really hope that it's not what I am thinking...
