“As co-heir to a throne, Steven is actually going to work hand in hand with very experienced people,” Sir George commented.
“What about his own career plans?” Gwyneth asked.
“Well, he should never work as such, because he already has a lifelong occupation here, whenever he is ready, but we know that he needs time to get used to the idea first,” Sir George answered in a patient tone of voice.
“I think that I should sleep on all of this please. It’s too much information at the same time,” Steven commented as he rubbed his hand over his forehead.
“A new family, siblings, wow! I would never have seen this in my wildest dreams,” he said looking at Gwyneth.
“Uhm, I take it that the two of you are going to be together regardless of what Steven does?” Sir George asked, looking at Gwyneth.
“Well, I’m not leaving him alone to his own devices,” Gwyneth replied as she reached out and squeezed Steven’s hand.
