Chapter 69: Tension on the Tennis Courts

“They will have to rest first, I’m sure. So, you will play the winner later on,” Raven replied.

“Alright. Just checking,” Raylene responded with a bright smile.

“My sister suggested that we ask you guys to have dinner with us after tennis, but I told her that it’s too sudden. What do you say?” Raven remarked with a stiffly polite smile.

He wondered what Uncle George would say about a red-haired copy of the prince who was about to reign as co-ruler of the country.

“Uncle George will have the guts to question Steven outright and ask him what his real business was here,” Raven told himself as he grinned at his guests.

“That’s quite a compliment, thank you,” Steven replied.

“I’m not so sure about Gwyneth, though,” he added. He already knew that Gwyneth did not want a chance of finding herself alone with the mad prince again.
