Chapter 63: Richard Rescues Gwyneth
Gwyneth smiled at Raven and nodded to indicate that she was done with dancing when the music ended. There were only two other couples in the gallery at this point.
Gwyneth wanted to pull her hand out of Raven’s because he was not letting her go.
“I guess we will have to get back to the main dance arena otherwise my friend the journalist will not know where to find me,” Gwyneth remarked with a tight smile this time.
“Oh, don’t worry about him. Someone will tell him where you are,” Raven responded.
“No, I better just wait for him there because maybe he’s in a hurry to take me back to the hotel, Gwyneth responded.
“And he just might be done with interviewing guests by now,” Gwyneth thought inwardly.
The charm of the palace gallery was beginning to wear off with this kind of company and this unwanted dancing.
“Oh, don’t worry about him. He will wait for you if he’s a gentleman,” Raven commented with a charming smile on his face.
