Chapter 55: Gwyneth Is Left Behind
“Well, anyway, are we gonna send a message to Adrian and tell him that we should be leaving now?” he asked.
“Yes, but maybe we should snack on something just to show that we did come for a party after all,” Gwyneth suggested.
“Alright, but then we must act as nonchalant as possible so that the people here can think that it’s all just a coincidence that I came here as a foreigner and then found my double unexpectedly,” Steven responded.
“Yes, let’s meet some people and make sure that we tell them that we’re not citizens of this country,” Gwyneth suggested. “It will convince them that you’re just a lookalike. It happens everywhere. At some point in life we’re all bound to find our double,” she continued with a smile.
“But, I can’t convince them that this is my natural hair color,” Steven remarked with a worried look on his face.
