Chapter 8

I woke up gasping holding my neck checking to make sure no blood was coming from my neck, Liam ran over towards me "Are you okay Ari" Liam asked as he rubbed my lower back, I tried to speak but no words came out my mouth it felt as if something was stuck in my throat, "Ari breathe" Liam said as he shook me lightly, I let out a heavy breath and climbed out of bed "Ari you okay" Liam asked again following closely behind me, "Yeah just a nightmare" I said running my fingers through my hair, Liam looked at me closely trying to determine if I was lying or not, "I am going to head back up to my room" I said as I rushed out the door not allowing Liam to respond, as I walked up the stairs I heard light feminine screams coming from Luke's room I rolled my eyes and walked into my room slamming the door making the light screams stop a few minutes later I hear a knock on the door, I knew who it was so I decided not to answer, I was mad at him for closing the door in my face and for leaving me to have to go to his brother out of all people, I walked to my closet and put on my silk shorts with my matching silk shirt, the knocking on the door got louder then the door finally slammed open causing me to jump and a light scream escaping me lips, Luke stood their shirtless with black basketball shorts on, "Why the hell didn't you answer the door?" Luke said as he walked towards me with an angry face as he got closer I keep having flashbacks of my nightmare and all I could say when Luke was about 10 inches away from me was "Please don't hurt me" I said as I closed my eyes my back was against the wall and I couldn't hear Luke walking anymore, I opened my eyes to see him staring at me with disbelief "Why would I hurt you" Luke asked as he reached out for me making me flinch which made him quickly pull away "In my dream" I said as I tried to hold back my tears, Lukes eyes widened when I mentioned my horrible dream "You had the same dream didn't you" luke asked as he stepped back slowly and walked out of my room, what was he talking about?
