Valorant: Why You Bully Me?

"What the-" "Literally a hacker!" "The F-" "Through the f-ing wall?!" Uzui suddenly found himself in Valorant with a modded version of V.A.T.S. Warning: The first "volume" is the old version. Go to vol. 2 for the rewrite. Disclaimer: None of this stuff besides OC's belong to me... I guess.

Chapter 2: London Is A Nice Place.

"It seems we are still trapped in this plaza after a good five minutes. This could turn into a pickle." Uzui said sagely, looking down as if checking an imaginary watch.

"Don't worry my dude… Things… Should turn out well?" Phoenix chuckled, patting his hole-filled jacket with annoyance. Uzui could frequently watch him staring at his own "mirror" with much horror. Not that Uzui blamed the man.

"Eh." Uzui waved his hands, which parted the smoke slightly. He was attempting to act calmly in this situation, but it was a little too much. Being cremated in flames was not his ideal way to die. Actually, he would prefer not to die anytime soon.

As the flames crept forwards, biting up at them like angry snakes, Uzui felt more and more terrified, with cold sweat dripping down his neck despite the high temperature….

*Crshk!!!*

Suddenly, a loud crackling spread throughout the area, and suddenly, Uzui's skin seemed…. Cold. And then before him, his breath slightly frosting, vibrant turquoise jade crawled up the sides of the plaza, extinguishing the fire with ease.

And out of the rubble, a woman appeared, a glowing orb in hand, she emitted a calming peaceful aura. She had unblemished skin that was quite pale, and silky black hair that reached down to her knees in a ponytail. She was beautiful and fair, yet there was a fierceness to her. Wearing a white and blue battle robe of sorts, orbs of radianite hung from her side.

Sage. Valorant's iconic battle healer it seemed.

In a matter of seconds, the jade had spread throughout, crackling and shattering, emitting an icy glow as the fire was soon put out.

Phoenix sighed in relief, before collapsing to the floor, huffing. Uzui sat down too, lying against the side of a concrete block nearby.

"Phoenix, you have done well!" She said, smiling warmly at the British youngster.

"Naw…. It was all him." Phoenix pointed to Uzui, who lay there, staring into the smog-filled sky. "He killed all of them. I'm not joking." Dead serious, Phoenix pointed to Viper and his own body, grimacing.

*Fweee…*

Raising the orb in hand, her dainty fingers crossed as suddenly, a feeling of relaxation cascaded across Uzui's body, causing him to tingle. It rejuvenated him, and his previously raw lungs felt much, much, better.

"Thank you… My name is Uzui." Slowly getting up, Uzui smiled. There was no point hiding this world's identity. It would be easily found in no time with the capabilities of the Valorant Protocol.

Sage nodded graciously, and beckoned for them to follow her….

Few Hours Later….

London, England

Uzui and Phoenix stepped outside wind billowing and fluttering their hair about as the helicopter departed off into the distance. The two stepped off the landing pad, feet touching solid ground after a few hours.

Uzui stared out into the distance in wonderment. So this was futuristic London…. In the distance, the Big Ben still stood, though it was much sleeker and had probably been renovated. The city was filled with towering skyscrapers, glistening with glass and steel. Giant holographs were projected against the walls, and the streets below were bustling with people and hovering cars.

A long canal stood to the side, with an elegant Victorian-style bridge. Not all of the buildings had left their post-modern charm, as Uzui saw, staring down at a small neighborhood of large elegant buildings, with stained glass windows, elaborate arches, and grand doors.

"Welcome my friend, to London!" Phoenix dramatically raised his hands into the air, staring out into the city below.

"Nice," Uzui said, his heart skipping a beat. This wasn't like the London he'd been to in his previous life… It was someplace completely different. Filled with cool new gadgets and technology. What would his hometown look like then?

"How you like it huh? I know a few restaurants we can hit later on… But first, we have to debrief with our main man…" Phoenix chuckled, clapping Uzui on the back as the two descended an elevator, into the heart of the city.

As it went down, Uzui looked around, the elevator's glass walls allowing him to see each floor, filled with rushing and bustling people, all off to do who knew what.

*Ding!*

They exited the machine, the glass doors sliding open and the two walked down through a giant lobby, passing by countless workers as they rushed in their suits and ties off in different directions. A cascading waterfall could be seen at the side, with a giant K emblazoned in glass within the waterfall.

"So do you guys work for Kingdom?" Uzui asked, nodding to the giant logo at the front.

"Naw, our boss just has some connections, besides that, we are completely different." Phoenix flapped his jacket, a wide grin across his face.

"Phoenix! Phoenix!" Suddenly from behind them, a female voice caught their attention. It was a heavy yet light accent, most likely of German origin. Turning, the two were face to face with a shorter teen. She wore a large white hoodie and a green beanie-like hat. The teen had dark brown hair coming down to her chest and equally dark eyes, all contrasted with a pair of wide-rimmed glasses.

"Ay! Killjoy, what's up!" Phoenix flashed his smile, patting the teen on her head, who grimaced in irritation.

"I'm supposed to bring… Nishimoto Uzui? Sorry if I pronounced that wrong, with me to our HQ in downtown London. It is quite the occurrence that an…. Ordinary human managed to kill two Mirrors within fifteen seconds. It is fascinating really. Along with the normal Reports, and witness procedures we have for Radiants and such." She rambled on, scratching her cheek awkwardly as she stared down at a holographic pad in hand, displaying a floating virtual message.

"Mh. Fine by me." Uzui shrugged. He really didn't know what else to do, and Phoenix would probably back him up in case someone like Viper or Reyna wanted him dead for some reason. Though, it was a low probability anyway….

She nodded thankfully, and they walked outside, Uzui staring in amazement at the towering buildings around him and all of the technology around them…..
