In the inn, Lin Qingya was wiping down the counter when she saw Ye Wutian entering through the front door. Her pretty face turned red and she quickly averted her gaze, probably embarrassed by the morning's incident.

Seeing Lin Qingya's bashful demeanor, Ye Wutian couldn't help but chuckle, teasing her, "Miss, why do you blush every time you see me?"

"Not at all!" Lin Qingya said, her head lowered, sounding a bit nervous.

"Your cheeks are all rosy. Did you put on blush today?" Ye Wutian pressed.

"No, definitely not," Lin Qingya turned away, her cloth moving quickly over one spot on the counter.

"If you keep rubbing, you might break the counter," Ye Wutian walked up and cautioned her.

Lin Qingya pouted, then quickly changed the subject, "Where were you off to so early in the morning?"

"I made a trip to the Four Seas Commerce Guild," Ye Wutian answered truthfully.
