TELL ME WHAT I NEED TO KNOW

As agreed I had to work under Bestow after resigning from being her father's employee. I opened the door to our shady apartment, it's been nights and days since I last stepped foot in it and it was the same for Domain.

First I'll need to know her real identity, whether she was Aria as the man identified her or Domain like he'd always known her. Bestow had made sure that we left the hospital after her full recovery.

"Tell me what I need to know in detail," I said locking the door behind me and still pulling on my cigar. I saw her struggling to maintain her breath as Omi had always done. Was she also suffering the same fate as Omi?

"I'll tell you everything if you throw that thing away." She said choked by her own words and I did as she said.

Domain raised her head to look at me and finally to herself. "How did I survive?" She asked and I smirked but finally snapped due to my impatient state.

"Just give me the damn answer I need to hear." That was the first time I knew my voice had always been limited or rather controlled by me.

I had always been calm but I felt something strange burning inside of me. I felt a certain energy sarge that for the first time in my life I feared I would hurt a woman terribly. She was still weak and yet to fully recover after taking some goddamn pills but that din't matter anymore.

I wanted the truth. How is she connected to my father and his foolish plans to punish him? Domain felt an excruciating aura and rage burning up in Sebastian.

She was happy but also tensed for her safety. 'Boil up with rage Sebastian, let that anger be your driving force to find freedom.' She thought inwardly and still maintained her smile on the outside and Seb was more pissed.

His hands landed on her throat and he could no longer hold in his anger. Tighter he pressed and smiled alongside her. Domain's mind went blank as the only image of her terrible father displayed in her mind.

Something was fishy that she ought to find out. It's not like she would tell Seb the whole truth, she had to try her best to calm him down.

"My father betrayed me." She said and Seb finally let go of her neck as she fell on the ground struggling to control her breath. "He said he'll send me off to a vacation and that is exactly I found myself three weeks before I met you stranded in the same area." She lied.

Seb had no choice but to agree, it was exactly what happened to him and it's not like she was there to witness. "What connection does your father have with me?" He asked coldly and for that Domain could no longer lie.

She was angry, angry that everything came out unfiltered. Why did her father want him dead? She didn't but the idea of protecting his evil plans. Unfortunately, they had no say in that, Damain could no longer contact her father because he was a traitor and the two would already be considered dead by then.

"He wants you dead." She said in greeted teeth and Seb frowned. Why would someone he had zero hint about want him dead? Is that the price he had to carry being a member of the first family? What about his family? Myra, did they also want her dead?

"He wants a democratic government and that means my brother is the only fit candidate to challenge you because he's taking politics abroad." Said Domain struggling to stand on her feet and strangely Sebastian helped her out.

"So why didn't you kill me? Why did you lie to him that I died and didn't make it when it would be your family's benefit if I didn't survive a second?" He asked the back of his lips curved.

Everyone had taken him for a fool that they din't realize any of his capacities. He was the one spoiled brat to everyone and even his father considered him a fool.

"Because I wanted the truth." Domain snapped back at him. "You think I didn't know that he gave me off as a sacrifice? Who sends their children to such places for vacation?" Domain asked in between her sobs.

"I was that sacrifice to take my family into higher victory, I saved your life from the valley and you saved mine as well, nobody owes another." She said turning towards the wall. "Everyone seeking power is your enemy Sebastian, be strong and brave to challenge them even if it means endless scenes of bloodshed," She paused.

"Democracy can only come in when you're no longer in the picture Sebastian." She added as a matter of fact. "With your presence, everyone knows who is next in line to rule after Alexander Yates." With that, she could say no more.

"This was still the future President of her country and she would stand by him at all costs.

"Well said." He finally turned to leave somehow satisfied but stopped in his tracks. "Who is Aria?" Asked Seb.

"That's my real name, Aria Moana. Domain is my self-given nickname and I love it more." She affirmed which was true.

"Don't ever contact anyone from B city unless asked by me, right now you take orders from me and not your goddamn traitor father." He said and she nodded. If Seb meant to solve the situation his way then she would fight alongside him and protect him.
