"You're avoiding someone..." Kale sang out loud as I masterfully duck across lockers.

"Oh, really,?you think? Its been a week who could I possibly be avoiding?"

He detected the sarcasm and held both hands up in surrender.

"Shit," I moved, barely missing a corner when I saw a familiar brunette pop their head around the corner.

"Why are-"

I snatch at Kale, dragging him with me to an empty classroom, just in time as Evan rounded the side.

Peeking through the windows, I squinted as he walked away, eyes searching for something, or rather,?someone.

I got wind that apparently, Thomas has been looking for me over the past couple of days. But my ninja skills proved far to much for him.

"You're avoiding them aren't you?" Kale poked me, making me flinch at the suddenness of it.
