Dune and Mindia were sitting next to each other on the ground. Mindia broke the silence, "You alright, crybaby?"

Dune wasn't even listening to her, lost in his thoughts. Mindia threw a small rock at him. "You alive?"

"Oh, yeah. Do you need anything?" Dune replied, snapping back to reality.

Mindia sighed. "What are you thinking about?"

Should I tell her? Dune wondered. But how can this girl even help me? She's the last person I'd think of as noble.
