"Don't drink the full bottle of wine and don't see me until 7 am tomorrow."

Another plink came.

"I arranged your dinner at 7 o'clock so that you can sleep as early as 9. Exercise will be at 7 in the morning. Set your alarm clock."

So she really mean not to eat with me.

I finished eating everything and I placed the remaining wine in the small fridge at the kitchen. I felt too full to eat so I thought about going for a walk around the hotel.

After a few minutes of hesitation, I sent Jade a text message.

"Hey. I feel too full to sleep. Want to walk around?"

There. As casual as it sounds.

Her reply came three seconds later.

"No."

Alright. That's expected.

I decided to take out the wine from the fridge and hang around at the terrace overlooking the Seine. The sky is a bit cloudy but it's good to have a shade from the sun.

I finished the bottle of wine then fell asleep on my bed not soon after.
