Debut - Part 1

"Huh!?" Kang Seo-Yeon and Bai Xin Yue looked at Heero. Heero had called them here to officially open the Martial House of the Heero Academy.

They thought that Heero wanted to talk to them about the opening ceremony or something like that. They had prepared many plans in their minds, but it seemed that the other party had a different plan, a simple one at that, to hang the tablet on the wall.

Sun Zhou Yi, Musashi Hirata, Kang Dong-Woo, and Xu Lingxun clapped their hands excitedly, while Butcher Wang clapped his hand halfheartedly.

"Just like that?" Kang Seo-Yeon blurted out. She had hired an event organiser to hold some kind of festival in the afternoon and end with a big party in the evening. Invite the other famous martial arts house she knew. That was the plan.

"Mnn... Just like that... Even though I have officially opened the Martial House, we will not be recruiting members for the time being. As for the advanced classes, you can discuss it with Blacksmith Huang and Wang Mi, and for the elementary class, let's focus on the children in the orphanage first!"

Heero instructed the two girls who were doing the most work. He had planned all this, but he did not do the work.

"Then I will take care of the advanced classes," Bai Xin Yue volunteered when she heard the instructions. She immediately forgot about the simple opening.

"Good, I will take care of the Elementary Class," Kang Seo-Yeon nodded helplessly.

"Mnn... Also, ask the children if they want to join the Martial House. They can start the basic training, but their main focus should be the Elementary Class!" After saying that, his gaze landed on Xu Lingxun, "You too, you must join the Elementary Class!"

Kang Dong-Woo must have received a good education from his family, so there was no need for him to join the Elementary Class. However, it was different for Xu Lingxun. Since he had run away, he did not receive a proper education.

After that, Heero Academy was officially opened with a simple opening ceremony. Even the people of Xing District were unaware of the newly opened academy until a week later, when the children from the orphanage started wearing Heero Academy uniforms.

The news of Heero Academy spread quickly, especially with Sun Zhou Yi as part of the academy. Many parents wanted their children to join the martial arts house, but Heero refused.

To join the same martial house as Sun Zhou Yi was the dream of many. However, they were turned down with the excuse that the Martial House was not recruiting members for a moment.

Even if you wanted to join the Martial House, you had to follow the procedure. First, parents could not force their children to join the Martial House. Second, it had to be the children's decision whether they wanted to fight for a living or work as scholars, as many others chose.

That was why Heero allowed the children enrolled in the elementary class to join the basic training. He wanted them to decide for themselves what they wanted to be.

It had been a month since the Heero Academy had opened. Wang Mi and Blacksmith Huang opened the advanced class, but Wang Mi only accepted five students, while Blacksmith Huang accepted ten.

Butcher Wang's wife, Wang Mi, seemed to be afraid to accept more students as she had no experience in teaching others. Therefore, she only accepted five students.

As for Smith Huang, he was busy at work. The most he could accept was ten students. Heero did not mind, even though Bai Xin Yue seemed to be against it. She wanted to make a name for the academy, but with only a few students, it would be difficult for the academy to grow.

Today, Heero brought these students to the usual training ground where he and his students gathered. Before Wang Mi and Blacksmith Huang passed on their knowledge from him to the students, there was one thing these students had to do, and that was to take an oath.

Of course, this was completely different from a normal oath. Heero showed a beast skin with many words written on it.

"If you want to learn from them!" Heero pointed at Blacksmith Huang and Wang Mi, "You have to sign this!"

In order to learn how to make the potion and the forging techniques he was teaching Wang Mi and Blacksmith Huang, they had to learn to control their Ki first. Yes, the key to making medicine and forging a gear was Ki.

He taught both Wang Mi and Smith Huang a different comprehension of Ki. The oath forbade the students to reveal the Ki Comprehension to anyone, including their family, without the consent of the Academy.

Heero did not mind if they shared the knowledge they got from the academy with their family or those closest to them, but not the Ki Comprehension.

It was a simple oath and the fifteen students immediately understood the content. One student immediately raised his hand, a young man of about fifteen.

"What if I break the oath?" The boy asked with a frown.

"Just as the oath says, you will be struck by lightning!" Heero replied immediately with a grin.

The frown on the boy's forehead deepened. He did not seem to believe his words. Not only the boys, Wang Mi and the smith Huang were surprised by heero's words.

"If you agree with the term, you can sign in the space provided with your blood!" Heero gave the boy a needle. Surprisingly, the boy took the needle without hesitation, pricked his thumb and signed the beast skin in the space provided.

To his surprise, the beast skin burned to ash as the boy immediately threw the beast skin away. The other students were also surprised, as they had not expected this.

The boy was Blacksmith Huang's student, Heero called to Blacksmith Huang, "Tell him the first chant for Ki Comprehension!

Everyone had no idea what Heero was about to do, but Blacksmith Huang nodded anyway. He whispered the first chant that would stimulate the Ki in the boy's body. When Blacksmith Huang was finished, he nodded to Heero.

"Boy, tell the boy next to you what you just heard!" Heero instructed the boy who had just signed the oath.

According to the oath, the boy would break the oath if he told the boy what Smith Huang had just told him. However, the boy did not seem to be afraid as he immediately whispered to the boy, but the whispering had to stop halfway as a roar of thunder rumbled behind the sky.

Everyone immediately looked up to see a bolt of lightning coming towards the boy. It shocked everyone, and just as they thought the thunder would hit them, the thunder dissipated as if it had hit an invisible barrier.

It was then that everyone noticed Heero raise his hand towards the thunder. The students saw their headmaster smiling gently at them.

"This is what will happen if you break the oath! I'm shielding the lightning right now, but if I don't, you know what will happen to you, don't you?" Still smiling softly, Heero explained to the students.

Wang Mi knew how strong Heero was from her husband, but she did not know that Heero was so strong that he could summon the lightning with just a written oath. The same was true for the other students, they were shocked by what had just happened.

"You can give up now, except you!" Heero pointed at the boy who looked at him dazedly, "You signed the oath, you can't back out!"

After what had just happened, Heero thought half of the students would back down. To his surprise, none of them did. They stood still and expressed their willingness to join the Academy.

It would be stupid to back out after what you just showed us! All the students had the same thought. Most of the students were from the core region. Especially the students who wanted to learn medicine, they were the people from the Bai family.

Even without the order from their patrons, they would study at the Heero Academy. Moreover, the oath did not bind them to the academy even after graduation. So they could open their own pharmacy or smithy after graduation.

With that, the fifteen students signed the oath.

The next morning, KANG Seo-Yeon visited the shop.

Kang Seo-Yeon came to the shop to invite Heero to the first debut of the Heero Academy in the martial world.

"Practice match? You can get Sun Zhou Yi or Hirata or both, I am not interested!" Heero waved his hand and declined the invitation. Sun Zhou Yi and Musashi Hirata were the deputy heads of the Heero Academy, so it was appropriate to invite them as well.

"Hehe... are you sure you don't want to come? Our opponent is the Iron Fist Martial House!" Kang Seo-Yeon smiled in return.

When the words Iron Fist Martial House reached his ears, his hand stopped kneading the dough.
