Chapter 13 : The Oath

Knowing he still had a chance since Kim Tan hasn't completely terminated their contract, Tang Xu was relieved. He wipes away the sweat that had formed on his forehead.
"Xu! You said if I dolled up, CEO Tan would definitely court me!"
The girl in red spoke angrily as she sits down next to Tang Xu and clutch his arm.
"Guyao, I already have a plan. Besides, no man can ever withstand your charm and skills." Tang Xu whispers as he leans forward and kisses Guyao's cheek.
Blushing in embarrassment, Guyao softly hits Tang Xu's chest, "Oh stop it, there's too many people here. What if someone sees us?"
"I'm doing this because I'm a gentleman, it's only likely that you return the favor."
Knowing that they were at a dark corner and hard for others to see, Tang Xu's hand gently caress Guyao's exposed leg, slowly making its way under her dress, until his hand stops at her panties and he strokes the sweet spot between her legs.
Guyao blushed and quivered feeling Tang Xu's hand between her legs. She didn't stop him and just let him continue, making her become wet.
"Mnn..."
Just when she let out a soft m.o.a.n, Kim Tan had returned from the restroom.
Guyao reluctantly stops Tang Xu's hand from sliding through her panties. "Xu, stop it, CEO Tan just came back. I'll definitely return the favor later."
Seeing that Kim Tan didn't return to the seat next to Tang Xu, Guyao pout her lips, then she lowers her voice, "What is your plan to get me together with CEO Tan?"
Being stopped, Tang Xu was annoyed, but hearing Guyao's question, he smirked, "From the information that I gathered, CEO Tan will be spending the night here, later, I'll drug his drink with two doses . Once the gathering ends, you can just go up and seduce him as much as you want. He won't be able to say no at all."
Hearing Tang Xu's plan, Guyao grinned from ear to ear.

The Prime Minister then announced , " In context to the contract signed by the former Military Chief He , the conditions have been fulfilled by the lady involved completely proving the strong willpower and capability of women to serve the nation.
"From today onward , China will recruit men as well as women in the defense services of China .
"And now , just as the country cannot live without the President and Prime Minister , it cannot survive without the strong defense under the leadership of a Military Chief....
....Therefore, i , hereby invite the respected future Military Chief to dutifully accept one of the 3 highest authorities of Imperial China ..."
The moment Prime Minister ended his part of words , all the members of media and politicians present in the magnificent hall subconsciously started looking towards the entrance door..

Opened by 4 military officers .....
And then entered a figure followed by the three Generals of the Navy , the Air Force and the Armed Forces.
The woman who entered was just indescribable.....
Bold aura but Elegant in footsteps .....
Fierce eyes but Modest gaze .....
Dominating-presence but Noble appearance...
This lady was just 23 years old , but seemed tough to simply reach up to. Her steady footsteps towards the podium was the only sound that could be heard in entire hall.
The photographers got so caught in just admiring the woman that they forgot the job in hand. After coming back to senses , the whole hall was in a crazy uproar . The photographers started taking photos furiously . The videographers were already doing a live stream to show the world.The journalists kept their mikes in check as they were not allowed to ask questions till the ceremony ended.They were impatient !!!
Here , the lady arrived to the podium , saluted the President and the Prime Minister just like a military soldier would do.
She was wearing the military uniform specially designed for the Military Chief of Country China , which made her appearance even more noble and charismatic. The 21 badges on her b.r.e.a.s.t pocket told the story of 21 successful life-threatening missions she went through during the course of these 5 years.The flag of China printed on the arms explained that she would be responsible for the Country's security from today...
She turned to face the media ,
and with a visible confidence in eyes said in solemn and strong voice :
" I, Ning Xi , hereby solemnly swear that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of China , as by law established and that I will, as in duty bound honestly and faithfully, serve as the MILITARY CHIEF of the Union of China and go wherever ordered, by land, sea or air, and that I will observe and do all in my power to safeguard the life of the citizens of China. I , Ning Xi , from today will take the responsibility of Armed Forces , Navy , Air Forces , Combat Forces and Bureaucrats on my shoulders " .
SHE TOOK THE OATH.....
