"Yes, Mr. Balder. He just finished eating."
Ansel Balder suddenly felt hungry. Damn, he didn't buy anything when he was here earlier. However, Ansel Balder is happy that Daphne Tjia's appetite is back. At least he wants to eat, not starve himself like yesterday.
"Is Daphne Tjia okay?" asked Ansel Balder.
"We have secured everything that could potentially hurt Miss Tjia."
Ansel Balder clasped Omar's shoulder. "Good job," he said and climbed the steps into the house.
Daphne Tjia put the dishes in the dishwasher. He cleared the dining table from the leftover side dishes. If Matthew Tjia comes home later and wants to eat, he can heat it up himself.
"Hi Love." Ansel Balder relaxed on the stool.
Daphne Tjia was taken aback, but masterful enough of herself to not get too excited. "Have you eaten, B?"
"You're offering me a meal?" asked Ansel Balder in amazement.
