BACK to the present, the sea breeze hit Daphne Tjia's face until she sneezed coldly. Alec took off his black coat and wrapped Daphne Tjia's body with it.
"At that time I saved Mr. Balder, but forgot someone I was supposed to take care of. Kelisha is demanding that LESS be held responsible, providing compensation worth $20 million for her chemically treated facial reconstruction and benefits for her absence."
"But it wasn't your fault. You've made sure everything is safe."
Alec shook his head sadly. "I am wrong. I'm careless. Mr. Balder kindly acquired LESS, changed its name, and kept me employed and even increased my salary. Mr. Balder had a chance to visit Melanie, then took her to Germany for treatment, went to school, and even worked there. I can't hurt Mr. Balder in all his kindness."
