Thank You

"Don't even think that after knowing all this I would see you differently, c I won't. In my eyes you are the most precious, beautiful and pure soul and I know I might have been so demanding that it might have brought back some memories. But I promise that I will make you forget everything that happens that night 'cause I would never treat you that way" he said.

"I know but...." he kissed her stopping the words from coming out of her mouth.

He pulled back, "Alex I want you to know this and always remember it.

No matter what happened in the past or will happen in your presence I will always accept and love you. You just have to let me be in your future" he smiled.

She gazed at him, "Am still scared I might disappoint you"

"This isn't a competition Alex. I just want you to be you and let me give you my love. So stop worrying about disappointing me cause you are not getting rid of me that easily"

She smiled, "You have been pulling me out of my prison and making me do things I thought I would never do. Thank you, Nathan"

"Instead of a thank you, kiss me instead" he chuckled.

Her hands were around him in seconds, her unexpected weight sent them back down on the bed they both laughed.

"I love you, Alex," he said.

"You will have to give me more time to answer you back," she said.

He smiled, "Take your time, love. Am not going anywhere"

She bent down to kiss him, she felt him move and before she knew it he swung her around changing positions with her and continued their kiss.

They stayed in bed cuddling until she went back to sleep.

"Morning Dad" Nathan walked out to the dining table.

"Morning, you up late. I told you not to tire her out" his father said.

Nathan chuckled, "I appreciate the care you have for her but we did nothing that could tire her out. And we were up early but decided to cuddle more"

His father laughed, "You can go back to bed, why did you leave her alone?".

Nathan's smile disappeared, "I need your help with something," he said.

"What is it" his father leaned back. "Is it about Alex?".

Nathan nodded, "Yes".

"Okay, anything for her, so tell me what's wrong" his father muttered.

"I can't tell you everything 'cause it might still be a fresh wound for Alex but she just doesn't know it. I will wait until she's comfortable enough to tell us" he said.

"I understand, so what do you need my help for"

"To find someone who needs to pay for something he did" Nathan let out.

"What is it towards Alex?" his father asked.

"Yes, and he needs to pay no matter how long it was," Nathan said.

"If you could make things easier for me and tell me how big the matter is, then I can know how to handle it," his father said.

"Give me the name and some time and it will be done," his father said.

"I can only tell you this father, we are getting revenge for Alex," he said.
