Everybody wants it

Peter McCoy had invited Current into their home disguised as a long-lost biological relative. Current concealed her identity as a speedster from the rest of the McCoy family. Peter introduced her to his family, who warmly welcomed her.

"You have a lovely home, Peter McCoy," said Current, admiringly. Peter smiled in response.

Rita and Sophie were thrilled to share their room with Current, who introduced herself by her real name. The girls eagerly showed her their exciting possessions, and Current was delighted to see and learn about everything.

"You're into arts and music," remarked Current to Rita, who confirmed it was her hobby. Sophie then showed Current her sketchpad, and upon asking for permission, Sophie agreed to let her take a look. Current was impressed by Sophie's beautiful drawings and paintings.

"Did you create all of these yourself?" Current asked.

"Yes," replied Sophie.

"You're a talented and smart girl, Sophie," complimented Current. "It seems you not only have a passion for arts and crafts but also for science and music."

Rita mentioned that Sophie, at her age, was the brainy one in the family. She had accomplished the seemingly impossible on several occasions, winning numerous awards for her innovative projects, talent shows, and even creating her own inventions. For example, she made a teddy bear that could move and talk, which their mom had bought, and she also made a basketball that always came back to its owner, no matter the distance. Rita added that their foster dad had gifted Sophie most of his tools as they both shared an interest in engineering, and she had learned a thing or two from their dad, who was a professional engineer.

Impressed by everything she heard about Sophie from Rita, Current knew that Sophie was truly exceptional and had great potential in the Maniverse.

"The room is spacious enough, and there's your bed," Rita pointed out.

"Thank you," replied Current with a smile.

"I'm glad Peter finally found a part of his family, but now he's also a part of this family," remarked Rita.

"Yeah!" agreed Current enthusiastically.

Meanwhile, in the villains' lair, Tetraman was surprised to see Tachyon, as they were familiar with each other.

"You two know each other?" Tekno Boy asked. "Who is she?"

"She is Tachyon, the protector of speed," replied Tetraman. "What brings you here?" he inquired.

"My partner is here, and she's about to ruin my plans. You all are a part of it, making it a huge success," answered Tachyon.

"Is Current here as well?" Tetraman asked.

"Yes, and I fear she may have made contact with the bearer of the Maniverse," Tachyon expressed her concern.

"Ultra AI," Tetraman whispered.

"The timelines have been altered, but I will ensure this one remains intact," declared Tachyon.

"How do we know you're not a scam? How can we trust that you're truly a protector of speed?" Tekno Boy questioned.

"Your world doesn't have speedsters yet, but soon it will when the time is right," reassured Tachyon as she approached Tekno Boy. "I am the fastest being in the entire Maniverse. Speed is everything. I could steal speed and grant infinite velocity. In the blink of an eye, I can render you motionless. Even Tetraman appears slower to me, despite being a hundred times faster than light. I am greater than light itself. Without me, you are nothing. My speed allows the universe to move."

Unbeknownst to them, including Tekno Boy, Tachyon swiftly took Tekno Boy's power core, Techno Witch's wand, and high-tech gear from the Hacker. They were all amazed as she demonstrated her incredible speed, swiftly returning their belongings while leaving them in awe.

"So, who is the other speedster that is stopping your plans?" Hacker asked.

"Current. And she should not be underestimated. There's no doubt she may have formed an alliance with the Ultra Family," replied Tachyon. "They are the most powerful beings in all of the Maniverses out there. But for now, it seems this timeline has not awakened their true Ultra Instinct as a family. Just focus on what you do best and find the others."

"And when the time is right, you will all wait for my signal," said Tachyon, vanishing in a blur of speed.

Meanwhile, in space, Pytronx's patience began to wear thin as he felt the urge to rise and conquer the universe. He knew there were others seeking the core to access the true Maniverse and dominate all of existence. He sent his most trusted generals to conquer Earth and pave the way for his arrival. A mothership was dispatched, making its way towards our hero's universe.

Back on Earth, Current blended in with the humans and attended Vill-City Junior High School. He kept Peter McCoy informed about the necessary events and how to prevent them. Peter introduced Current to Debbie Rich, and they quickly became well acquainted. Peter and Debbie also spent time together, enjoying each other's company. From a distance, Current smiled, envisioning their bright future as a happy family.

During school hours, when everything seemed fine, an asteroid entered Earth's atmosphere, causing a massive shockwave felt around the world. It crash-landed in Vill-City, resembling a gigantic capsule. The sight caught the attention of the city's inhabitants, the media, and the local authorities.

"What is that?" Peter asked Ultra AI.

"A UFO capsule has landed in Vill-City, Peter McCoy," replied Ultra AI.

"It seems it has begun," said Current. "He's here."

"Who's here?" Peter McCoy inquired.

The enormous capsule opened, releasing a thick fog that blanketed the surrounding area. Emerging from the fog were horrifying creatures and armies of mass destruction. The Vultrax armies began laying waste to the cities, creating chaos and panic. Peter immediately suited up and sprang into action, while everyone at Vill-City Junior High School sought safety. Current followed Peter, ready to assist.

The cities suffered immense damage upon their arrival, shocking Peter. He turned to Current and asked for her help in evacuating civilians to safety. Utilizing her incredible speed, Current swiftly moved victims out of harm's way, while Peter, in his Ultra AI suit, battled against the massive armies and creatures.

As the cities fell into destruction and chaos, a group of villains watched from a distance. Tekno Boy, scanning the cities from his vantage point, witnessed the extent of the devastation.

Feeling compassion for his city being destroyed by aliens, Tekno Boy was about to intervene when Tachyon suddenly appeared in a flash of light, halting his actions.

"Do not intervene, Tekno Boy," said Tachyon in a deep, horrifying voice. "This is just the planning phase."

Tachyon then turned to the others and informed them that everything was going according to plan. Tekno Boy questioned her allegiance, asking whom she worked for. Tachyon replied, "We all have our own masters."
