How A Mentalist Fight

I never liked kind people. They bother me a lot. Even so, I have four kind people I respect till this day.

One of them said, "Never worry about numbers. Help one person at a time and always start with the person next to you."

She was right. A good decision is based on knowledge not numbers.

Removing Star and his two underlings he is playing chess with, there are a total of seventy men surrounding us. It is clear that we are at a disadvantage.

However...there are facing against me. Iguana only made it worse by giving us the order to attack first.

"Everyone stay back. I will make the first move." I said with a near witty voice.

"It's only obvious that peasants should protect royalty." Someone scoffs in my direction.

Encender just gave me a worried glance and I just waved the back of my hand at her. It was good thing Tsuyoi managed to catch her on time, she was about to follow me.

My golden eyes scanned the man surrounding us. They all looked like emotionless soldiers on a parade.

Even so, one thing was visible in their eyes.

Fear.

Just how much did Star break them?

Let's find out about that.

I started moving in front of the men with my hands behind my back. I looked like someone walking in his backyard.

If it were someone with common sense, I would have already been punched.

'Mother issues. Abusive wife. Couldn't pay for his child's maintenance. Got bullied in high school. Hides his lewd personality. Came from a rich family.....'

In only a few minutes I had already gotten all their life details in my head. It is only my assumption, but if I talk to them, it will prove my findings.

The owner of a pair of hazel black eyes that were giving me sharp glances all this time, moves his mouth, "Do my men look that scary, now? Have you known, they do anything I ask them to. They will even die for me, if I ask them to."

I smiled at the grinning Star.

With the way his two underlings are sitting next to him giggling like high school girls, one would think it's a mental hospital.

"I would like to make a challenge?"

"Challenge?" He raised a brow and crossed his legs.

I nod my head, "Yes. If these men are as loyal, as you say there, then I would like to test their loyalty, for you."

"Go on." He grins menacingly, "But there is always a catch. I will give you three attempts and if you fail even once, then...you have to be my own personal slave."

"I will kill you!!" Encender roared. She had already started rushing towards Star's direction, with a furious look.

"Tsuyoi will stop her! It is reckless!" She quickly ran after her boss. However, she is unknowingly being reckless.

My wrist lit up in flames. Propelling them from my body, I caught them two.

I was lucky to catch them before Encender attacked anyone.

My angry glare went on to the man crossing his arms. His eyes were directed at the entrance, looking for a chance to run away.

"Why didn't you stop them!?"

I didn't want to hear his reply and threw the two girls at him and his expression quickly lit up.

What a cowardly-pervert.

My hands returned and the girls all got up with furious faces.

"Encender is worried! There is noway Tito can make these men betray him! Star has already brainwashed them! There are all pawns that move at his will."

Stop copying Tsuyoi!

"Hahahaha.... !" Star laughs together with his two favorite subordinates.

The big-long nose who had his hands on his stomach, as he smirked, "It is already too late. You can just hurry up and be Lord Star's personal slave."

"Kont is right." The pretty red hair suggested with a boastful smile, "All these men have been illuminated by our messiah. Hurry up and go on your knees."

"I had enough! Star fight me!" Encender shouts with an even more angry face, "Come down here and fight me!"

Rajah quickly came to my rescue. He grabs her right leg, as he falls down with her. Despite, the sweat coming from his body out of fear of being hit by red panda.

"Don't do anything Lady Encender! Just let Tito be the sacrifice, and we will all live. A peasant is more useful as a slave."

I am more useful than you...

The youngest nodded at me with a confident look and picked the browned haired girl up, "Let Tito be. If he becomes a slave, let it be."

She is a billion times more thoughtful than the eldest of the group.

Seeing Encender finally nod, I turned my gaze to iguana and his two minions.

A sly smile covers my face and I state, "If I win, you fight Encender alone. No one is allowed to interfere."

The trio took their time to laugh heartily.

After a few minutes, Star addresses me, "Don't you see? These men will never betray me. I will even chop off their arms if I wanted, and they won't complain about."

He frowns his face in annoyance, "Tsk, I agree to your stupid challenge. I will make you pay for wasting my time."

I could hear a certain someone grounding her teeth behind me, but I ignored her.

Not only that, but I need to focus on this so-called brainwashed inmates.

Furthermore, I scoffed in confidence as I firmly stood up straight, 'Brainwashing doesn't exist. It is just a trick to the mind.'

"Who here has the name Rachel and happens to have six kids!"

"..."

No one answered to my shout and even Star raised a brow in puzzlement.

I shrug off Tsuyoi's deadly glare and walked over to the shortest of the inmates.

He was so short that I had crouched down to look him in the eye. Like a robot his face didn't change, but his breathing was comprehensively fluctuating.

I ruffled his blond hair, "Are you Rachel? Don't be shy, I know it's a girls name."

"Pft." My teammates hardly tried to hide their laughter.

Well, someone was still looking for a way to get away.

Rachel didn't reply. His face just turned red from embarrassment and rage.

My hand lay on his tattooed neck and a pitiful expression washed over my face, "All your kids are dead, correct?"

For a fragment of a second Rachel's body trembled in shock.

His mind was wondering where I knew that from, but he still didn't change his expression.

One thing that breaks a man other than money; his family he can't revive.

"Betty is the youngest, right? Her last words were, "Dada... I love you." Right?"

Tears streamed down his face and he started crying. He fell on his knees. He didn't mind that the concrete floors hurting him and continued to cry.

"Yes... That's what my baby said." He sniffed his running nose a couple of times, "How-how...did you know?"

I gently hit him on the tattooed left side of his neck. The tattoos showed all the names of his dead family.

There is even a tattoo of a burning house, that's how his family died.

"You should live a life they are all proud of." I stood up and started looking for my next target.

"He...is good." Iguana said in a shaken voice. His playful expression had washed away.

I waved at my cellmates who were looking at me in reverence.

Well not all all of them. Rajah was faking his death, by collapsing on the ground.

I moved to the only alien without tattoos from block D. His brown eyes were already shaking in fright.

I smiled at him. He is already telling me his weak spots.

I tried imitating a popular band I know, "No more counting dollars, we will be-"

He finishes my words for me with a teary face, full of regret, "I was counting stars when I killed my younger brother! It was an accident I didn't mean to do it!"

I just patted the uncloaked part of his green skinned arm and left. There is no need to add salt to his exposed wounds.

"How did you do that?!" Star exclaimed, as he shot up from his seat.

His face was twisting in rage, but it suddenly changed, "I don't know what mojo you are using, but it won't work on me."

I waited for his next words with an icy look.

His grin widened. He crossed his arms and his hazel black eyes burned in the fire of arrogance, "Yes, that's right. Your next target is me. I can't let you have the upper hand all the time. Try guessing my father's name."

...fool...

I shook my head in disappointment, "Bight Kazuma. The previous King of the World."

I raised my head and look at everyone who had turned silent from shock. Even our red panda was just staring at Star with wide open eyes.

I glare at the shaken former prince with a deadbeat smile.

"You see. Your dad and I were friends. I am actually the person he spent his final moments with."
