"Wait, hold on! Is that Chess?!"

Jill started getting hysterical as he continued watching the unfolding scene before his eyes. He heard nothing of their conversation, but seeing Chess right now, it didn't seem like their talk was something pleasant.

Kane also continued watching quietly, his eyes fixed on Chess.

"Didn't he say he never killed anyone before? If so, then what's this?" Jill continued rambling, doubting his own eyes.

Kane just kept his lips pursed but also recalled Chess' words on his first day. It was that time when they played the game of 2 Truths and a Lie.

If he remembers correctly, Chess said he never killed anyone before and that he already died once as the truths, while he said he was an orphan since birth as the lie.

Kane pondered on his thoughts for a while.

'Not killing anyone doesn't mean he wouldn't kill anyone…' he then thought.
