The cream-colored mobile suit continued its rapid and evasive movements, making it difficult for Barbatos to get a firm grip with its wire hand. As it darted around like an agile insect, it managed to fire off a series of bullets, striking Barbatos in the shoulder. The impact sent vibrations through the mobile suit, but Mikazuki remained determined to catch his elusive target.
Mikazuki fired his wire grip, which had successfully caught the cream-colored mobile suit. However, the battle was far from over. The enemy mobile suit, despite being caught, continued to speed up, using its momentum to ram into nearby space debris. The collision caused significant damage to Barbatos as the debris struck its frame, leaving the mobile suit battered and exposed to further attacks.
Frustrated by Barbatos clinging onto her mobile suit, Lafter, the pilot of the cream-colored machine, As Lafter grew increasingly frustrated with Barbatos clinging to her mobile suit. In her mind, she thought, "That Mobile Suit won't let go so easily. I need a plan." With determination, she maneuvered her mobile suit toward the asteroid she spotted nearby. She quickly devised a plan to use the asteroid to her advantage. Lafter maneuvered her mobile suit toward the asteroid, planning to use it as a barrier to break free from Barbatos, which was clinging to her with its wire.
As Lafter accelerated towards the asteroid, her intention was clear: she would use it as a barrier to free herself from Barbatos' wire grip. However, Mikazuki, always quick on the trigger, anticipated her move. Just as Lafter was about to collide with the asteroid, Mikazuki swung his mace with incredible speed and precision.
Lafter's eyes widened as she saw the mace coming towards her. In a split-second decision, she veered slightly, avoiding a direct hit. But the force of the mace against her mobile suit caused her to spin out of control, disoriented and vulnerable.
Mikazuki's voice came over the comms, calm and determined, "Gotcha."
With expert precision, Mikazuki manipulated the wire from Barbatos' hand, reeling Lafter in. She struggled to regain control of her mobile suit, but the wire's grip was unrelenting. Barbatos pulled her closer, bringing Lafter within striking distance.
Lafter knew she was in a perilous situation. She tried to reach for her controls, but Barbatos' wire had immobilized her mobile suit. She couldn't break free. Gritting her teeth, she said to herself, "I won't go down without a fight."
The tension in the cockpit was palpable as Barbatos closed in, its mace raised, ready to strike. Lafter knew that her only chance was to counter Mikazuki's attack and break free before it was too late. The battle between these two skilled pilots had reached a critical moment, and the outcome was uncertain.
"You are such a sore loser." said Mikazuki. "Look who's talking I hate it when Men come on too strong." said Laftar taunting Mika. "Alright then why don't we end this..." as mikazuki said this his eyes shrink as the his bloodlust increased.
Amidst the tension between Mikazuki and Lafter, a voice suddenly pierced through their comms, causing both of them to pause. It was Orga, their leader, who spoke first.
"Hold Up Mika, It's been settled. " Orga's voice reassured, echoing the sentiment that their battle had concluded.
Naze's voice followed, addressing Lafter directly. "Lafter, take Amida and Azee back with you."
These words carried a different weight, shifting the focus from conflict to resolution. Mikazuki and Lafter exchanged glances, the tension in the air slowly dissipating as they considered the implications of these unexpected orders.
"It was just getting excited too. Man that fight was such a tease." said Laftar.
As Ogre reached Barbatos and grabbed its shoulder, supporting Mikazuki towards the ship, Lafter couldn't resist her playful nature. She attempted to taunt Ichiro, knowing that they were on opposing sides in this conflict.
Lafter grinned mischievously, trying to provoke a reaction from Ichiro. "Well, well, looks like the Tekkadan boys aren't as tough as they think."
Ichiro's voice, cold and unwavering, responded to her taunts. "Save your banter for someone who cares. We have a job to do."
Lafter chuckled, undeterred by Ichiro's stoicism. "Always so serious, huh? Guess I'll have to find someone else to play with."
The tension between them hung in the air as they continued their journey back to their respective mobile suits. Their encounter had been brief, but it left an impression on both of them.
On the Isaribi, Tekkadan's mobile suits were safely docked, and the crew had a moment to catch their breath after the intense battle with the Turbines.
Back on the Isaribi, Ichiro had returned to the upgraded Ogre, inspecting the modifications he had made. The battle had been a test of his improvements, and he was satisfied with the results. The mobile suit had performed exceptionally well, and he knew it would be an asset in the battles to come.
As he worked on fine-tuning some of the adjustments, Bladwin approached him. "Impressive work, Ichiro. You made a Beast."
Ichiro nodded, a sense of pride in his voice. "Thanks, Bladwin. I put a lot of effort into those upgrades. It's good to see them pay off."
Bladwin smiled, patting him on the back. "Well, keep it up. You're going to upgrade mine new one also. hahaha"
"Yeah. Yeah ..." said Ichiro .
Ichiro's gaze drifted to the window, where he could see the vastness of space stretching out before them. Their journey was far from over, and the challenges they would face were unpredictable.
Meanwhile, Lafter had returned to the Hammerhead, where Naze Turbine was waiting for her. She, Amida and Azee had been defeated by the Tekkadan pilots, and it had left a sour taste in her mouth.
Naze could sense her frustration as she entered the ship. "Lafter, I heard you had a bit of trouble out there."
Lafter sighed, still thinking about her encounter with Ichiro. "Yeah, those Tekkadan guys are something else. They managed to immobilize us all."
Naze chuckled. "Well, it looks like those Kids are strong."
Lafter nodded, determined to redeem herself. "You're right, Naze. I won't let them get the better of me next time."
Azee, Amida, and Lafter gathered in a corner of the Hammerhead, nursing their pride after their encounter with Tekkadan. They exchanged glances and couldn't help but laugh at the situation.
Azee spoke first, a wry smile on her face. "Well, that was embarrassing, getting beaten by those Tekkadan guys."
Amida joined in, shaking her head. "Yeah, they surprised me with their skills. Especially that one with the red lens in his mobile suit."
Lafter chimed in, recalling her interaction with Ichiro. "You mean the Black one, right? the horned one was the one who fought with Baby."
Azee nodded, her tone thoughtful. "I have to admit, their mobile suits are impressive. We'll need to be careful if we face them again."
Amida, always the optimist, grinned. "No worries, girls. We'll get our revenge next time if there is any as Naze is thinking of Negotiation between us they will come here in a while." said Amida and continued "Besides, we still have Lafter's charm to distract them."
Lafter rolled her eyes at Amida's teasing, but it lightened the mood.
