"Girl did you hear me," the devil asked, clapping his hands. "Huh, what did you say?" the lost and lonely girl replied. "Are the conditions acceptable... henceforth a trade; or more aptly a bet," he flashed a grin, "You lay down your soul as the initial stake; and in return, you can get your pick of any soul in my domain... even your oh so dearly departed brother."

The girl's eyes turned vicious, palpable fury etched upon her face, "My brother did nothing wrong!"

"Oh, au contraire young miss, good old dad takes a personal 'offence' at patricide, no matter how 'justified' it might be, " the devil said with a smirk, a tilt of his head, and a not so inconspicuous wink. "It's not your fault deary, not even the boys; that's why I'm offering you this chance, " the devil leaned in close, his sulfuric breath buffeting on her skin, " and who knows, maybe you can even help me get revenge on the old bastard... It all depends on how well you play the game."

"Why, why are you really doing this?" the girl asked; with nothing but doubt."

The devil then looked her dead in the eyes, his expression serious; deadly so, "because I'm bored, now do you accept the deal or not... I. won't. ask. again."

The girl looked down at the golden contract before her, and no longer hesitating, she signed it before looking up, "You'll regret this..." she looked the devil straight in the eyes, "I will win."
