Chaos Annihilation Cultivation

Ding…

[System shall now provide the next mission to you.]

[Mission: Chaos Annihilation Cultivation]

It is important to continuously upskill yourself. Having already attained the 'Qi Gathering' Skill, it is time to practice the 'Chaos Annihilation' manual. Complete the task or receive a corresponding penalty.

Conduct Fusion Qi circulation: 0/300

Reward: Receive Memory Clips of the Top 3 Animes of All Time in Terra.

Failure: Death

Deadline: Three months (Time left: 90 Days)

'HUHHH?' Li Tian's eyes widened in shock. The system. It had forced Li Tian on a path of no return. He now had to figure out how Fusion Qi circulation could be done.

Li Tian shuddered inwardly. The little baby did not have any choice and had to go along with the mission. He believed that the system would execute him if he were to fail the mission. He had seen the god-like talents Intelligence he was granted. This was the act of someone powerful. Not only that, but the system's reward also was far too tempting for Li Tian. Back on Earth, the top three classics were 'Two Piece', 'Space Ninjas' and 'Drink Bleach'. Those animes had kept him awake for many months as they were too addictive to stop. Li Tian was more fired up than ever.

Li Tian first needed to understand what was needed to complete a Fusion Qi Circulation. He read the manual in his head. The first step was to spread your consciousness out and gather the four elements required. The second step was to organize the elements in a square formation. Water must be beside Fire. Fire beside Air. Air beside Earth. And Earth beside Water. Once in that order, use your consciousness to bring them closer together. Lastly start compressing the Qi while rotating the elements at a high speed. Eventually, with enough speed, the fusion of the four elements will be completed and you would be able to conduct Qi Circulation on it.

'Okay. This may seem to be doable.' Li Tian thought to himself. From an observer's point of view, Li Tian felt like he stood a chance. Over the past three months of continuously practicing his Qi Gathering, Li Tian's original theory – that it was due to his low Perception tier that resulted in his Qi Circulation to have a maximum speed – was proven to be correct.

After his Perception had entered the E tier, one rotation of normal Qi took 1.5 hours. This was a significant improvement from before. In addition, with Li Tian's Intelligence, there was no need for Li Tian to sit up and cultivate. His consciousness could split and focus on multiple things at once, much less, lying down and doing Qi Circulation. Just like that, Li Tian no longer looked suspicious in his crib. He was even able to practice Qi Circulation in the day when he was with his parents and siblings. Even the strongest martial practitioner in the Li Clan, Li Kui, was not able to cultivate and practice Qi Circulation while doing other tasks. Only someone with a SSS tier in Intelligence could pull this off.

With his newfound motivation, Li Tian proceeded to pull in the four basic elements. The Fire, Water, Earth, and Wind elements started to dance around in front of him playfully. He then willed Water to be beside Fire. Fire to be beside Air. Air to be beside Earth. And Earth to beside Water.  Such control was already easy for Li Tian and now it was a matter of time before me could merge them together. Before controlling the elements to enter his body, Li Tian wanted to make sure he was able to control the element's fusion. This would improve his safety. Even if it exploded, his parents would not think of the explosion as his doing. However, he did slowly move the four elements away from his crib and towards a corner of the room. After all, Li Tian felt what he was doing may potentially be similar to how nuclear energy was created, where scientists had split atoms apart.

This thought process of Li Tian's couldn't be more correct. When the Chaos Emperor had devised this cultivation, the man also had a terrifying level of Intelligence which gave him great control over the Elements. If it were not that fact, the Chaos Emperor would have caused a nuclear level explosion in his abode. With Li Tian's cluelessness of the possible danger he may face, the four elements had long started fusing together. From afar, Li Tian could tell the fusion was going smoothly and it was unlikely for the process to fail. After a few seconds, Li Tian could feel a strong orb of energy having formed. This orb of energy had white wisps that floated around the black nucleus. It was obvious that this was the Chaos energy that the system had spoken off. Success!

Now that Li Tian was able to create Chaos energy, the baby started to deliberate. 'Should I try six elements now?'

Currently, the positioning of the four elements was in a square formation. If he were to create a hexagon system to fit the other two elements in, then where should he place Light and Darkness into the system. As he had learnt before from the system, the four elements, Fire, Water, Earth, and Wind, existed independently from Light and Darkness. This meant that there were no possibilities of fusion between the Light and Darkness and the four basic elements. 'Ahh! I will just drop the fusion of Light and Darkness then. This fusion may pose to be too dangerous if it went wrong.'

Ding…

[You've triggered the hidden mission 'Six Elemental Fusion'.]

[Hidden Mission: Six Elemental Fusion]

Now that you have successfully fused four elements together, your next step is to figure out how to fuse six elements together. It is important to consider the structure of the fusion formation.

Pre-Reward: Unlock new system function, 'Virtual Testing'.

Failure: Crippled Body

Deadline: 2 Weeks (Time left: 14 Days)

Ding…

[You've received the pre-reward, 'Virtual Testing'.]

[Virtual Testing, a cutting-edge feature that enables you to utilize your virtual body, replicating your present surroundings within an area of up to 100 square meters. Within this virtual realm, every element is fully interactive, mirroring real-life experiences. You can engage with this function for up to six hours daily.

It's important to note that humans will not spawn in this virtual world by default. However, should you wish to engage with another human presence, you have the option to generate a carbon copy of an individual. This copy will embody the skills and abilities of the chosen individual, allowing for sparring and collaborative experiences.]

'Are you serious?' The newly triggered hidden mission left Li Tian speechless. Now, he was even more sure that the system was out to get him purposely. Why was his experience of a system so different than those main characters in the animes? Why does his system try to kill him at every point in time? What difference was there between death and a crippled body? If he was crippled, he would have no choice but to fail the cultivation mission and that would eventually lead to death.

Li Tian took a minute to digest the information and mission he was just given. Going off his gut feeling, the system would not lead him down this path if the ending was a dead end. This meant that there truly was a way to fuse six elements. It was just that the system was not allowed to tell or explain to him the method of fusion. The saving grace in this situation was the system giving him the function 'Virtual Testing'. This was the first time he had received a reward before the completion of the mission. 'Virtual Testing' would allow Li Tian to test out his hypothesises before carrying it out in real life.

'Alright, system, open 'Virtual Testing' for me.'

Ding…

Within Li Tian's consciousness space, the once blank space was filled up with a familiar backdrop. Li Tian's virtual body laid in the crib, while his parents had disappeared from the bed side. Feeling his surrounding, Li Tian realised this entire virtual spacing felt the same as real life. There really was no difference! 'Fascinating…'

'System, is it possible to change the time of day to the afternoon then?'

[This action is feasible. The system will now proceed to adjust the time of day to the afternoon.]

'Sick…' Just like that, the weather immediately became warmer and brighter. Before leaving his crib, Li Tian split a part of his consciousness to leave the body to watch the real world. Such actions was already second nature to the genius Li Tian. With stronger physical stats than a regular toddler, Li Tian easily climbed out of his crib and walked outside to look at his front yard. The entire space had been replicated perfectly, even down to the number of leaves on the tree.
