the end part 1

Alex looked at the ground in front of his paws. Where stood the massive greying Acromentula previously, stood a large amount of dust. Alex morphs back to his human appearance once again, an unseen before light shown through his eyes.

His body stood straighter than before as if an unseen and unknown tension had been lifted from his shoulder. Lightly brushing the few kilos worth of elemental dust, Alex stored it in a crate of his pocket place, revealing an enormous chunk of mithril.

Taking the rough chunk of raw edges, larger and thicker than his torso by at least ten times, in one hand, Alex lightly stroke it with the left index finger.

Under his touch, the block seems to crumble, leaving ingots to fall on the ground. Crouching, he stacks the ingots, astonished to found out 87 of 5 kilograms ingots, along with an odd one, smaller.

'To think that Acromentula, and Aragog in particular, would give me more 435 kilos of mithril.'

-From the previous measures, I think that the degree of magic influence on the amount. Acromentula is clearly a creature possessing more magic than a goblin or wizard. The age may also play in the result, as the smaller spider didn't give than much of dust, and possibly mithril.-

'So, it would be bassed on magical affinity, weight and age?'

-That seems the most likely.-

'That would ... You think what I think?'

-The snake should provide at least thrice as much mithril than the spider, even more than a dragon should be able to give.-

'Then that settled, once we gather all the dust and mithril, I will start to plan for the snake extermination.'

"Autumn." Called Alex softly.

"Yes, master Alexender?" Asked the elf, relieved that her master and mistress were without injuries.

"Could you gather the elves to sweep the place of the mithril and dust, please? I need to clear the place of the past presence of the Acromentulas her."

After hearing the demand, the little female elf bow, before vanishing from sight, after snapping her fingers. In the surrounding, mounts of dust raised from the ground, before disappearing, leaving the boulder-sized ore of mithril, soon taken away too.

Turning to the elder, and the centaurs, in a moon formation not too far, he steps closer.

"The forest had been cleansed of the spiders; you can guide your warriors to the mares."

The elder shoulders relaxed before a small smile form on his wild features.

"You had to keep your words, hunter, and we shall keep us, as long as the herd remain free on your ground, we will provide help."

~~~
His words say, the elder leads the centaurs to the stable left behind in the forest.
"What now?" Asked Susan, happy that thing was finished here and a little surprised by the noticeable change in Alex.
"Now, we gather the silk left behind, before I remove the corrupted trees and mix the soil with a little dust to help the forest heal back faster."
"I could understand for the silk and trees, but why mixing the ashes with the ground?" Asked Susan, puzzled at the possible use they had.
"After a few tests made with Ash, we found that a kilogram of dust possesses the same nutritive equivalent that a metric ton of dragon dung." Say, Alex, already starting to harvest the surrounding silk, with the help of a mithril-bladed nigiri in hand. The traditional Japanese scissor had rapidly turned into a way better tool than potion knives. With blades made of mithril, he was able to cut through magical ingredient and matter with ease.
~~~

Rolling the silk on wooden sticks, Susan and Alex were soon helped with unseen workers, after the elves finish to gather everything.

Each time they clear a sector, Alex would turn trees into blocks, before mixing an indefinite amount in the ground. While turning the corrupted trees, Alex also inevitably start to gather strand of Acromentula venom, one of the most potent poison readily available in the black market.

~~~
Due to the large zone made from the past nest, Alex, Susan and the elves need an entire month to remove the last trace of the Acromentulas in the forest. The previously gloomy place was now a vast, open clearing with wild grass already forming a thick blanket on the ground.
The first night they returned from the attack, Alex had sorted through the two main spoils. The result had been mind-blowing.
From the smallest specimen, he gathers around 30 kilograms worth of mithril, each, after than the amount had fluctuated between 60,120,240, and 300 kilograms for the larger specimens. Only the mate of Aragog had been over the 400 kilograms, not far from the patriarch of the colony.
For the dust, all had given a similar weight than the mithril gathered from them.
With a third of the swarm being of the small specimen, the 290 small Acromentulas were already worth 17,4t of mithril and dust. From the remaining 579 spiders, he obtains a further 12t;21,6t;28,8t and 23,7t, for a total of 104,342t of mithril and dust.
I the following days, kilometres of silks, tons of woods and litres of venom was slowly collected.
Looking around for him, Susan found Alex in the vault, overlooking the ridiculous amount of wealth her mate and the clan had accumulated throughout the centuries. She could see pillars of four-meter square tower of gold, silver, steel, copper, and mithril raising to several meters high, all made of perfectly and carefully arranged ingots.
In between, chest of gemstones, pieces of jewellery, armours displayed, and large arrays of weapons from the past.
On Alex's hand, a stack of five diamonds cubes, all containing the same distorted snake inside.
"I'm sick of this world, Sue, I think it time fur us to go somewhere else." Say, Alex, as if knowing she was here.
"Were?" Responded her back.
She already knows of Alex origin, and the possibility of him departing to other lands, literally.
"I don't know where, I don't think I will have a hold on the location, but I need to go. I want to be myself, no more hiding behind a fake persona and playing a double game. Once I tied the lasts things holding us here, we will go." Say him to her, putting away the cubes, before turning to her, taking her in a light hug.
'So it's finally time.'" Tinny." Softly say her, while putting her arms around him, and melt blissfully in his embrace.
On her side, a little elf appears.
"mistress called Tinny?" Asked the little elf, not daring to look around, feeling the powerful wards.
"Yes, it's time for you to rejoin you, true family, go fetch the elves of the island, and pack everything in the manor."
"WHat of miss Bones?"
"Send all her thing in her office, its time she faces the consequences of trying to sell my mate and me to save her hide."
The Bones elf nodded, before popping away to present herself to her new comrades, and sweep the Bones Manor clean.
"So, you already know." Say, Alex, without An hint of surprise in his voice.
"Yes, I know you would never allow Amelia and Fudge to made a move." Say her, while snuggling in his embrace, seeking his recomforting warm.
While she was now an Evans, it's still hurt for her to be sold by her aunt.
"You're alright?" Asked Alex, gently taking her face between his palm, looking at her right in the eyes.
"I will be." Say her, knowing she didn't have to hide her feeling for her mate. "It hurt, but you are now my family, it will take time, but it will heal."
She see Alex face slowly approaching, copying his movement; she let him kiss her, releasing a slight sigh of relief as she feels his love for her flood her.
~~~

The two stay in the other arms for a few second, their lips connected, before parting. After tugging a strand of her hair behind her ear, it was Alex turns to call for support.

"Kreacher."

The old elf needs a second to appears, popping to their side. In the corner of his eye, the elf couldn't help but be astonished at the wealth of the young master, being the first time he was called on the island proper.

"Young master called for Kreacher?" Asked him, while bowing as much as he can, showing is willing devotion to the one who made his last master wish came true.

"I did. How does the copy of the books is going?" Asked Alex curious of the task, he asked the elf and Winter to accomplish.

"Young master Winter' elf and Kreacher had finished copying the Black Library, for the books young master didn't have." Responded the elf, back.

~~~
This was the boon Alex had asked from the elf when the last had made it know he would be ready to d anything to repay his debts. If Alex had asked for the book themselves, he knows the old elf would have refused, unwilling to part with the legacy of the Black. Lending a book, however, was possible, and with his artefact, all book he still didn't have, had been copied, without the nasty curse on them, before sending back to the library.
This had contented both, as Alex didn't even open a single one of them, and Kreacher obeyed the laws of House Black, in just lending a book.
The reason the House Black had no policies regarding book lending was born from their confidence in their curses. Should anyone attempted to open one; without authorisation of the head of the house, or not being a pure Black, would suffer long-lasting curses which would give you a slow and painful death.
None had accounted for Alex artefact, being able to copy a book, without one personally opening them. As the copy wasn't the standard copy methods, the copyright spells also didn't protect the books.
~~~

"Good, now it time for you to make your choice, Kreacher. I will not stay here any longer and should be gone in the following days. It time for you to choose who you wish to follow, me, or the Malfoy family. You know House Black is dead, the Head of House is in jail, and impotent, and the only remaining heir is a sissy boy who will only use House Black past prestige to further his own House." Say Alex to the clearly struggling elf.

Kreacher had all the time to look after the only two male of the Blackline. He had seen the blood traitor in jail, frolicking with the old nasty lemon-addict wizard. Even if he could get it up, it was clear that the man was playing for the other team.

As for the Malfoy, while he had still some fond memories of the Narcissa, her boy was nothing a Black should be, and he also suspects that he was the same as his uncle, always followed by the two burly bookends.

On the other side, there was his young master. While he could feel that Black blood had been once present in his bloodstream, it was now gone. For the elf, this was a shame, the young master had all the quality to make House Black raise back and growth further than it had ever been, but the young master had fidelity only for his mother House, anything else was dirt in is eyes.

The choice was heart-wrenching, but he had to make is choice nevertheless.

"Kreacher will..."
