Realms/Progression

Form Refinement (100-year lifespan) - A stage where you temper your body to endure elemental qi. Stages (in order): Skin-Refining, Bone-Refining, Organ-Refining.

Elemental Fortification (150-year lifespan) - Achieved after absorbing your first wisp of elemental qi (the element is decided by technique/aptitude). Stages: Early (qi is in gas form), Middle (qi is in liquid form), Late (qi is in solid form).

Essence Integration (300-year lifespan) - Officially entering this stage after opening your first elemental pathway using solid qi (a total of 12 pathways). In this stage, you open and fill these pathways with elemental qi, strengthening the body. Early stage (1-4 pathways), Middle (5-8 pathways), Late (9-11 pathways), Peak (12 pathways).

Unity Realm (500-year lifespan) - Forming all your pathways into one (the twelfth pathway) to create a core of elemental qi (the first element is decided by the starting technique). Stages: 1 core (when you form your first from your original element), 2 cores (with a different element), 3 cores (incorporating another element), 4 cores (you get), 5 cores (the idea).
