Elders Return From Utopia

Meanwhile, the two Elders were through the Waterfall and rocky portal and were on the other side in their Magical World. They seemed to have just returned as they could see Aarnav and the rest of children and some of the Elders walking back towards the building in order to rest.

"How can this be,"muttered Simba, one of the Elders.

It is possible, Time stops from where we leave and when we return, it seems as if we just left a minute or two ago." Replied Stephan the other Elder.

"Aarnav, Aarnav, wait for us!" he shouted to the people in front in order to catch their attention.

Aarnav and the rest stopped and turned around to look back to see who had been calling them.

It was dark on this side of the Magical World but light from the other Sunny side was somehow filtering through the artifical clouds in a diffused manner. It was dark but not so dark that one could not see or recognise a person.

"The Elders have returned from Utopia." Zoya spoke.

"Yes and that too very quickly, within minutes of going," responded Aarnav.

They waited for the two Elders to catch up.

For the Elders it was quite a while since they had left and they were very happy to be back. But for the rest it was just a few minutes ago that they had entered the waterfall portal.

They recounted their experience in detail about their trip through the waterfall portal, reaching the other side and meeting Lilly, Mono, Zia as well as Luke. They also narrated about having partaken of a cool drink before heading back.

"But how come you are still here?" Simba inquired.

We saw you off and then were on our way back to our dorms, when you called us," responded Sherpa.

"This means that time on Magical World had stopped for us," Stephan mused.

"Yes, you got the general Idea. This is what is happening when you do time travel. The place you leave stops its time for you till you come back," explained Aarnav.

They had covered a lot of the distance when one of the Elders remarked, "Remove those jetpacks from your backs as well as the invisible cloaks."

"Your face is no longer covered and because of the breeze, you appearance is almost half visible." He added further.

"Simba and Stephan stopped in their tracks and proceeded to remove their invisible cloak as well as the jetpacks."

"We did not use them but after coming through the waterfall portal, we forgot to remove them," replied Simba.

" OK, everyone!" exclaimed Aarnav.

He went on to add, "It is getting late, everyone please head home as we all need to rest."

"Tomorrow at 10 a.m. sharp, Simba and Stephan, kindly assemble in the dinning room to brief all the Elders of the Magicval World about what is going on in Utopia."

Everyone said Goodnight and went their separate ways. Sherpa, Aarnav and the 8 children along with the 50 Orbs returned to their guest house and headed to their dorms, resting areas etc. There had been a lot of excitement. The children were all tired and shortly they went to sleep.

Early morning the girls dorm was full of chatter as Zoya, Tania, Cathy, Shana were up and recounting to each other what had transpired last night. They were also excited as today they would be heading to Titan. They were sad that Nanu was not with them but were happy that she was with Zia Ma'am and Luke Sir.

The same was the case in the Boys dorm. A lot of early morning discussions were going on about what happened last night. Chris, Danny, Sunny and Ben said to see that Zen was missing. But they knew he was now in safe hands. Sherpa was watching all of them getting so excited.

"Hey!" He exclaimed. "You all need to get ready and have your breakfast in time as the Dinning hall will be used for a meeting among the Elders at 10 a.m. and some of you take a lot of time to eat breakfast."

The boys got up imediately and saw that it was almost 7.30 a.m. They needed to get ready within 45 minutes and head for the dinning room.

"I will go and inform the girls, you guys start getting ready," said Ben as he made his way to the door.

"Ben wait and listen to what I am about to say!" Sherpa stopped Ben from leaving the room.

"Please inform the girls that you all need to take a bath as we do not know the facilities available on the mother ship of the Titans." He added and then told Ben to go and inform the girls.

Within half an hour the girls as well as the boys were ready and so was Sherpa. He then told everyone to collect their clothes and keep them cleanly folded on their beds. They would need their clothes.

Everything done then they proceeded to the dinning room. Aarnav was there waiting for them. Aroma of food cooking floated through the dinning area. Whatever that was being cooked did have an appetizing effect.

Aarnav saw the face of everyone and started laughing.

"Since you will be leaving today for Titan, I thought the Magical World should treat you to home like food as breakfast and lunch."

"We are making stuffed paranthas with mashed potatoes and some with grated cauliflower."

"To go with it we are having curd containing pieces of onion, cucumber and tomatoes. There is ofcourse mango pickle and other pickles too."

"Lunch will also be something you all relish at home."

"Come, come take your seats and let us begin, we need to eat before the Elders turn up," he added.

The children tucked in and enjoyed their breakfast. The food tasted just like their mother's cooking back home. They all were missing home too but then they knew that time would stop for them and when they got back it would be like as if they had just left.

"After breakfast you may go back to your dorms and pack your things. Small backpacks have been placed on each bed, Aarnav told them.

"Now please meet your cook for today," saying this Aarnav called Aarti to come out and meet the kids..

"Everyone, meet Aarti, she is my daughter and is an excellent cook."

Aarti was a beautiful lady of Sherpa's age. When Sherpa saw her he just stared and stared.
