Chapter 103

Ekko could feel that change as instead of his one-sided kissing, Yoruichi had started moving her lips to his rhythm even tightening her arms around his head so the kiss would feel deeper.

And Soi-fon only 20 meters away was shaking her head in embarrassment.

She could hear all sorts of perverted sounds behind her and a part of her wanted to smite the perverted pair while another side was sorta interested in how a kiss actually looked like.

'Maybe if I observed them I could be better ready for the captain...nonono!! What the hell are you even thinking Soi-fon.'

If only she knew that at that very moment, she was being cucked and it was happening right behind her.

{2 minutes later}

"Lady Soi-fon I'm afraid we have lost sight of the captain, should we keep searching the area." A demon reaper said as he suddenly flash stepped in front of Soi-fon.

Soi-fon sighed in frustration before shaking her head." When it comes to hiding she's one of the best if she doesn't want to be found she won't be, gather the squad and head back to soul society."

She said before flash stepping away.

And Ekko seeing their departure immediately sighed in relief as at least he managed to complete the third task of the system with their presence gone.

So the two didn't have to pretend any more but it looked like Yoruichi wanted to be connected if only for a few seconds longer but Ekko forcefully separated from her lips causing Yoruichi to let out an unsatisfied groan.

But Ekko then attacked her nape and bit down on her skin causing her to gasp. Since she wanted to be cheeky and mark him why wouldn't he do the same?

Of course by the time Yoruichi left he would use his powers to heal himself but he wondered if demon reapers had a stronger recovery and regeneration.

After making sure he left a significant mark on her sepia-colored skin, he let go of her nape and admired his work for a few seconds before looking back at Yoruichi who had already fixed her mask.

" Thank you, they should be gone now, sorry to put you in such a tight spot." Yoruichi said in an apologetic tone while lying straight through her teeth.

" It's fine, as long as your sure your alright when you leave." Ekko said acting oblivious.

"Well, then this is goodbye..." For now at least.' Yoruichi said though she said that last part in her head.

" Alright, be careful out there."

"...."

" Fufu~And how do you suppose I do that with your hands still grabbing my ass." Yoruichi said with mirth and it was only then that Ekko noticed he was still grabbing onto her.

" Ah! Sorry." Ekko immediately let go while scratching the back of his head. Yoruichi chuckled before placing her slender hand on his cheek.

" Goodbye..." She said before walking away with a slight sway of her hips. Even now she was trying to rile him up.

' Few, God forbid Evelyn and her ever teamed up with each other, I would certainly lose that uphill battle.' Ekko thought with a shudder.

After a minute Koizumi managed to find her way through the mirror maze but five minutes later she had to leave so Ekko walked her to a luxurious Bentley that came to pick her up.

Once he knew she was safe, he made his way back to the festival helping out anyone he could around and also receiving regular updates from his clan members.

Apparently, they have already stopped 13 bar fights, helped five lost children, and prevented two drunkard idiots who tried to steal a flout for the up-and-coming parade.

{MUSCLES, MUSCLES, MUSCLES.}

"T-there it is again, am I just missing Machio or..." Before Ekko could finish that sentence a platoon of familiar-looking musclemen walked through the streets of Yakushi showing off their sculpted bodies.

" I should have known." Ekko face palmed while looking at the leader of the musclesets. It was none other than the muscle god himself Machio.

" Haha Ekko, I knew I could hear your muscles from a mile away, how are you doing I haven't seen you in the gym in a while."

Ekko greeted him back and apologized for that as he had school and other stuff to deal with he just couldn't find the time.

" That's fine come whenever you are free, oh by the way there's a favor I need to ask you..." Machio told Ekko that he needed help but hearing what it was Ekko was going to refuse immediately.

It was way too embarrassing, but when he suddenly got a second system task with some really good rewards, he gritted his teeth, and a single tear dropped from his eye.

In the end, he reluctantly agreed.

" Great let's get going then." Machio said in a cheerful tone.

But before Ekko could go with Machio a sudden yell from the crowd caught his attention. Turning around he was met with a middle-aged man that looked clean and shaved.

"Me???" Ekko asked in a confused manner as he had never met this person.

" Yes, you..I...I knew I wasn't going insane, they all said I was crazy, but I knew deep down you were real." The man said as he dashed towards Ekko.

'Huh what the hell is this dude talking about, did a patient from a nearby mental institution somehow escape.' Ekko thought not putting any guard up to the approaching man as he didn't sense any ill will from him.

But what he did next shocked Ekko. That was because he brought Ekko into a big hug while crying on his shoulder.

~Sniff. Sniff~

" *Sniff* Th-thank you...*Siff*Thank you so much. If it wasn't for you I...I." Ekko still had no clue who this guy was but nevertheless patted the guy's back.

" Y-your welcome I guess." Ekko said while giving Machio a look that said help me. But even he didn't know what to do in this sort of situation.

After crying for a bit the man let go of Ekko and gave him a reassuring pat on the back." Don't worry your secret is safe with me." Before leaving in a dramatic exit.

' Again I have no idea who you are.' Ekko thought but it wasn't like he was expecting a response.

" Hey your finally back, how was the concert by the way." Masane asked as she greeted the K/da girls.

" It was really fun, too bad there weren't any rappers up there." Akali said in mild disappointment.

The group had decided to reunite after doing their own thing so they could watch the Hikiyama together.

Unfortunately, Cana had declined as she was drinking with some friends, and they couldn't get a hold of Ekko so they just guessed he might have put his phone on silence.

" It's show time ladies and gentlemen." An announcer said through the speakers.

"Hey look it's starting." Kai'sa pointed out as music started to play and hundreds of uniformed and well-timed musicians walked through the streets.

" Oh here you girls are, looks like you all had fun today." A person said from behind the girls as they turned around in surprise.

They had bought a booth in one of the watch towers, so who could have barged in." Eh Granny Chio, where did you come from." Eris asked in a surprised tone as she went up and hugged her.

" Just walking around my dear. So what do you think of the festival so far." Granny Chio asked the girls as she took a seat next to them.

They all told her their experiences and she couldn't help but smile knowing they had so much fun.

" By the way, Granny where is Cerbie, is he not with you." Rangiku suddenly asked not noticing the cute mascot of Yakushi.

To answer Rangiku's question Granny Chio just chuckled and replied." Don't worry he's safe, oh by the way you girls might want to take your phones out in around five minutes.

The girls were confused while Granny Chio had a mysterious grin on her face.

So as the Hikiyama parade walked through the streets the girls cheered with the crowd below as they waited for five minutes, wondering what would happen.

But they didn't have to wait long to find out, and once they did they couldn't help but be astonished.

" Is that..." Masane said.

" No way, when did he..."

"Fufu~~~ thanks for the heads up, Granny." Evelyn chuckled as she took out her phone.

" Oh, my god!!" Kai'sa said in an excited and jealous tone.

" Pfft hahaha." Rangiku burst out into laughter while quickly texting Cana that she was about to miss something amazing.

Down the road as the Yakushi residents cheered and watched as the parade walked by, but a sudden beat change at the end of the parade caught a few people off guard.

{Bang, Bang, bang!}

The sounds of drums being hit reverberated through the whole crowd as what came after the sound not only shocked but exited the ever-growing crowd.

{BA, BA, BA, VA!}

A giant float rode down the streets as many big and muscular men pushed the float with lots of enthusiasm and charisma. Many of the women cheered while the men roared.

Thats when the music finally picked up as the leader of the floor wearing nothing but some back joggers jumped and started playing the drum strapped to his front.

There was paint patterns all over his exposed upper torso and funnily enough, he was wearing a pair of cute silver fox ears.

Ekko first took a deep breath in before sporting a wide contagious smile. He lifted his arm and slapped it down onto the drum.

{BANG}

" ENWYA!!!"

" ENWYA!!!"

The muscular men pulling the cart shouted every time Ekko hit the drum. There rhythm and thoughts in one as Ekko started to dance while keeping the flout in line so it wasn't going too fast nor too slow.

The kids were mesmerized by the group's synchronized movement, especially Ekko's, he was basically the star of the show.

All the girls were taking multiple pictures of Ekko while thinking he looked amazing down there, especially with those cute fox ears he was wearing.

" Young miss, how was the festival, did you have fun." An old butler asked but all he got as a response was a slow nod.

' Sigh, it's so hard to read the young miss nowadays, but she seems to be happier than usual.'

" Oh, I completely forgot wasn't the news going to live stream the parade? It should be channel five, right here."

The old butler turned on the tv that was inside the car but seeing that the young miss had no interest in watching he was about to shut it off when he suddenly heard his young miss shout stop.

He was taken aback, his normally cold and emotionless miss was actually showing emotion.

' Why would...Oh, I see it's that young man that walked her over here, he's actually performing for the Hikiyama. Looks like he and the young miss are pretty close, haa~ young love, mhh maybe I should inform the master of this interesting development.'

{In a random restaurant in Tokyo}

" Ah it's already started and I haven't even gotten any of my food yet." A girl with beautiful tan skin and blonde hair whined as her companion could only console her.

" You can't really blame them Hibiki, you ordered quite a lot." Her new friend and current gym partner soryuin Akemi said as she continued to look at the tv in anticipation.

And it didn't take long for them to see their friend and current trainer appear on the TV lugging a giant float at least 30 ft tall.

" Damn, that float is huge, and check out the eye candy." Hibiki commented as she wiped the running drool off her chin.

She was talking about Ekko who right now was on her radar for the top ten hotties she's seen.

" T-those well-shaped biceps, that muscular-looking chest that could probably crush a watermelon in two.

"And those oblique lines...there...there...

nhgggg~~" Akemi let out an unintended sexual moan as she stared at Ekko's amazing physical attributes.

Hibiki could swear she could even see hearts in her friend's eyes.' I keep forgetting that this princess has a crazy muscle fetish.' She thought while continuing to stare at the tv.

' Sigh, why can't there be more hotties like Machio and that guy at the gym...wait since he's performing with Machio maybe they know each other...' Suddenly Hibiki started to devise a genius plan to get that guy's number.

But before she could think any further, her food had finally arrived.

As Ekko was performing for the crowd and doing all sorts of summersaults and flips, he suddenly stopped and started to play a different type of beat.

Then the giant float that was thought to just look like a comet hissed as an invisible latch was pulled open.

Smoke started to escape gaps on the lid and finally, the thing hidden inside the float was revealed...

To be Cerbie???

The crowd let out a collective Aww at how adorable Cerbie looked, he was painted in the color of the twin goddesses, one-half black and red while the other blue and white.

Ekko chuckled seeing how proud Cerbie was acting with all the attention he was getting from the crowd.

{BANG}

" ENWYA!!!"

" AWOOOOOOOOOOO!" The muscle men cried in a wolf-like style as they continued to push the cart forward in fervor.

The girls in the tower cheered Ekko on as he slowly left their line of sight. And Yoruichi who hadn't left yet was also sitting on top of the tower, observing Ekko.

' Not bad...' She thought before being devoured by what looked like a portal.

However, what no one had seemed to notice not even Ekko, was a pair of sisters floating in the sky while looking over the whole of Yakushi.

" Well looks like this has been a great festival, don't you think sis." A woman with an otherworldly charm said with a coquettish smile.' Especially with the new cutie that just moved in.'

The other sister in question just nodded nonchalantly while her eyes were focused on Cerbie.

' So Fluffy, I want to pet him.' she thought to herself before the two foxy sisters disappeared.

The whole parade lasted around two hours and after it, all that was left was the fireworks that would go off at midnight.

Luckily Ekko managed to meet up with the girls after the parade but fell into despair after seeing all the embarrassing pictures they took.

He felt even more embarrassed knowing that Sasha had one over his head now.

But Overall it was a fun experience for everyone involved and after the festival was over all the girls made their way back to the Inn.

Cana was still out drinking though.

And Ekko would only find out the next day that he and Cerbie would be trending on Japanese social media all week.
