Transmigration: Rise of new Futa King

Thyra, a former mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter turned bodyguard. In the middle of the night, she was reading "The Futa King," a smut novel. She only skimmed the boring parts of the novel because she was interested in the erotic details. She fell asleep after a satisfying session of self-pleasure, only to awaken in the novel's world. The initial joy of being a futa wasn't sustained for very long. Eventually, she understood the gravity of the situation. Plus, it was one of the characters she had ignored. How will Thyra adjust to her new life? Is this the rise of a new futa king?

72. “Viscount Justin had died.”

12 days later.

Although Thyra wanted to return as soon as possible, the Gale eagle handler didn't. Unlike the time Thyra was taken to the capital, he didn't receive the notice to go as fast as possible, so he took his time with his eagles.

In the end, it ended up taking more time than when she went to the capital. After taking a horse, she rode to the viscounty. However, as she approached closer to the eastern barrack, she felt something wasn't right.

Too many people surrounded the eastern barracks, and the sound of constant screaming and fighting was coming nonstop from that direction.

Looking at the crowd of soldiers in their armour didn't look right to Thyra. She shook her head, hoping they didn't dare to do something idiotic. She took a deep breath before walking towards the barracks.

"This is made using the gold that the Viscount had allotted. How can this be your lady's property? These are the properties of the viscount, and we are doing as he had ordered."

Those words didn't sit well with Thyra's ears. Firstly, whether it was the training equipment, weapons, or food, the majority of them were brought using the money she had extorted from Baron Cook.

Secondly, although Justin had provided the necessary support, it was a normal amount that should have been allotted for those soldiers. Even if he needed it, he would have talked directly to her, for sure.

More importantly, Justin was still in the capital. Even if he had woken up, there was no way he could come here before her or would give such an order.

Thyra pushed through the soldiers to go forward. The soldiers just in front of her resisted and shouted, "Who the heck is pu…" However, his words were cut short as soon as he noticed Thyra's face.

And he wasn't alone; anyone who had noticed that it was Thyra who was coming through moved to the side, opening a path in the crowd. These soldiers are nothing but onlookers watching the show unfolding in front of them.

Soon, Thyra reached the front and could see what was happening. There were about 50 to 60 knights and guard soldiers who were carrying armours and weapons out of the warehouse.

Thyra looked around and noticed that a lot of her soldiers were lying on the ground, wounded. There were a few who were still fighting. The person leading them was Selda, whose tunic was already red with blood.

And the rest of the people were hiding at the back. Thyra didn't know if they didn't have the weapon or if they were just afraid, but she didn't care.

She walked out of the crowd. Quite a few soldiers had noticed her, and they quickly informed the person who looked like the one who was leading them.

Thyra knew who it was. It was Opfren, a seventh-grade knight. She had no problem figuring out who was behind all of these.

[Author: Knight's grade from 9 to 1, with one being the strongest. Justin was 5th grade, and Guntur was 5th grade too.]

"What are you doing?" Thyra's voice was surprisingly calm.

Opfren turned to Thyra and gave a sarcastic salute. He said, "Congratulations, my lady. You have now become the youngest royal knight of the kingdom."

There was a strange silence. Not just Thyra's soldiers but also the soldiers who had followed Opfren were surprised. They looked at Thyra before turning to Opfren for an explanation.

Yet, Thyra didn't stop. She walked right past him, stopping in front of Selda. Thyra remembered the faces behind Selda. They were the ones who had followed her to the forest. All of them were carrying some kind of injury on their bodies.

"What are you doing?" Thyra asked again.

"Now that the young miss is here, we won't have any problem." Opfren continued to talk even if Thyra never turned towards him, "Now that the soldiers of the young miss are sponsored by his Majesty, the young viscount wants the young miss to return the gold that was lent to her."

"What are you doing?" Thyra repeated the same question.

Selda could see Opfren was glaring at Thyra when he looked at her, saying, "We are trying to stop them."

"Trying? You are struggling against these third-grade soldiers?" Thyra looked at Opfren, who instinctively stepped back as soon as their eyes met.

Opfren quickly added, "The Viscount had ordered us to retrieve everything."

Thyra smiled, saying, "You would think before you lie. My father won't do that."

"Leader, the old Viscount is dead."

"Viscount Justin had died."

Selda and Opfren spoke at the same time. The news hit Thyra like a hammer. Even a couple of weeks ago, he was alive. He was under the observation of the royal court, then…

Their father died, and the first thing they thought about was retaliating against me. Her mind had many thoughts, but she didn't put them on her face.

She faced Selda and said, "If anyone tries to take my thing, it does not matter who it is; you have one choice. Kill them."

"You…" Opfren took another step back. He still remembered the night Thyra barged into the mansion. However, he was sure that Thyra wouldn't dare disregard the viscount's order.

Alas! He had underestimated at least one of her soldiers. He couldn't finish his sentence before Selda charged at him with his sword and shield.

"You bastard." Opfren was already angry at Thyra's action, so he poured his mana into the sword and attacked.

However, the expected collision didn't occur. Instead, all his force was diverted as the sword slid by the shield's surface.

After parrying the attack, Selda didn't let the chance go. He moved closer and thrust the sword with all his force. However, only the tip of the sword penetrated the armour.

*Bang*

The kick from the full-plated boot sent Selda flying. Opfren looked at his punctured armour before cursing, "You insect, I am a knight. Do you think you, an insignificant piece of shit, could defeat me? I am going to…"

"What are you going to do?" Opfren didn't even notice when Thyra appeared right in front of him.

Opfren glared at Thyra, who was the same height as him. "Are you stopping us from following our lord's order?"

"What if I am?"

"Then we have to… What are you doing? Don't…*bang*"

He didn't get the chance to end his sentence or swing his sword before Thyra raised her finger, aimed his forehead, and bang…

The thunderbolt stuck, and Opfern died standing. Blood started to leak out of his ears, eyes, and nose. Soon enough, the body crumbled to the ground.

"Does anyone have anything to say?"

"Young miss…* Bang*"

The man died like Opfren as the thunder passed through his body.

"But…" Thyra appeared in front of him, raised his armoured body by his throat and *Bang*

Thyra threw away the body, asking, "Anyone else have anything to say?"

There was a suffocating silence in the air. Thyra looked around and said, "Good."

"Now strip all of your armour and weaponry and put it there," Thyra said. Then she pointed in the opposite direction, saying, "Get on your knees there."

"But."

This time, Thyra didn't even use the thunder. She appeared before him, slicing off his head with his own sword before he could pull it out.

"I don't want to repeat myself," Thyra said before throwing the sword away.

The soldiers started running. As ordered, they went on their knees in the designated position.

As Thyra was waiting, Sleda came towards her. As he was the one with [Physical damage resistance], Thyra was sure he wouldn't be too wounded. "Leader, they went to the mansion too. Rika and her companions went there to help, but…"

Selda didn't dare say anything anymore. He could hear her rapid breathing and even notice her clenched fist.

Seeing the soldiers on their knees, Thyra said, "Put all of them in prison. Kill them if any one of them resists."

Thyra ignored the clamouring soldiers and turned to her own, saying, "I better see your dead bodies than see them walking out free."

The soldiers didn't hesitate any more and ran with their swords. Thyra walked towards the onlookers, saying, "You will stand there and watch what will happen if anyone goes against me."

*Bang*

With another thunder, Thyra disappeared in the air.
