"Come on, let's go say hello to your mother," the grumpy little man said, leading Hazen down the hallway, their footsteps making mild sounds every step they took. The hallway gave off the summer vibe feeling due to the flowers portrait hung on the wall and the mild strawberry scent that filled the air. 

Hazen followed him, feigning innocence.

"Uncle, what's my mom doing right now?" she asked, pretending to be curious.

"She's doing something… probably interesting… and erotic," the little man muttered, lowering his voice to avoid Hazen hearing.
