16. The Cloaked entity.

Just when he was still busy with exploring the features of the panel, another panel overlapped the apartment's panel.

It was the shelter's commander panel.

[ Alert! Alert! Alert! ]

[ Commander, the moon surveillance have detected a large group of hostile entities heading in our direction. It is estimated that they will arrive at the base in 17 hours. ]

[ Please what are your commands. ]

The panel was flicking with a red hue but it did not hinder his vision to read the content of the panel.

"Connect to the moon base and show me the footage".

"Yes Commander."

A blue 3D globe appeared. There were several red dots moving in a direction of a blue dot.

Ghengi moved his fingers across the air to make the position of the red dots to face him and with the help of his other hand zoomed in as the distance between them widen.

He zoomed in until it turned into a landscape.

But unfortunately, there seemed to be some kind of fog covering the red dots.

"Sindy, why can't I see them?"

"Commander, we can only detect there movements since we have no units or structures in place to monitor the location... and I am Sandra, a daughter of Sindy."

"Oh.. okay Sandra. Nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you Commander."

"..."

Clapping his hands to elevate the mode, he asked, "Sandra, how do we clear the fog?"

"We can send a few drones to monitor the group's movements and with drones there is a 99% chance the target will not notice they are been watched."

"This is only a temporary factor. To permanently clear the fog, we would have to build a structure at a location to clear the fog in a radius around it."

"Okay. Send out a few drones and tell Sindy to transport a few thousands of robots to this base." 

"Yes Commander. Drones deployed."

Sandra added, "Commander, for the troops transfer you can directly summon them from your suit's storage."

"Suit's storage?" Ghengi asked as he tried to sense his suit's storage.

The next second, his left hand unconsciously touched his nose as he remembered his suit had such a description. 

Instead of having to transport the robots from the ship with a spaceship, Sindy directly placed them in the Starship storage as they are not considered living entities and temporary shuts down when sent to the space.

All the millions of robots without duties have been sent to the storage space and could be summoned at any time. 

There were even a copy of each mini structure and craft that have been produced before in the storage space.

Few minutes later.

Ghengi was seated at the same place as he looked at the terrifying amount of monsters.

The monsters had the smallest among them being the mutated rats. The rats which seemed quite small in the group were actually the half the height of an adult human even though they were on all fours. 

The mutated rats were also the largest in number compared to the more terrifying twisted monsters, there are at least a ten thousand of them.

Some monsters were giant mixed breeds of several animals and most humanoid ones have some parts as animals and more, such as growing additional limbs, heads and eyes.

The large number of monsters coming this way seems to be lead by a human under a cloak.

Even though none of the monsters noticed the deployed drones, this person noticed the drones and in the next second few close drones went offline after that person blurred.

Damn

That strong!

Ghengi could clearly see every move of the humanoid creature even though the high tech drones only got a blur.

This shows the leading entities is very strong but Ghengi must be on the same level or much stronger since he was able to see all it's moves.

With that Sandra controlled the remaining drones to stay as far away as possible but close enough to get the view.

Ghengi went to the assembly grounds to summon a thousand tier 2 robots and two tier 4 robots as his personal bodyguards with all of them fully equipped.

He also took out a hundred high tech armored military hovering vans and a hundred high tech armored military hovering bikes.

He also summoned a special luxurious vehicle which also was hovering like the others and got in with his bodyguards.

All the vehicles have no steering wheel and is controlled automatically by Sindy.

Inside Ghengi luxurious car, the map panel showed that the monsters have stopped their movement after the cloaked entity took down the drones and have sent a few monsters to send the destroyed drones somewhere.

The black cloaked figure also seems to have entered the crowd and can not be identified anymore.

With the high speed of the vehicles they managed to arrive a few thousands of meters from the monsters and hopefully they have not been noticed.

Ghengi really wanted to know the strength of his troops but with the cloaked figure still lingering in the dark he has not made up his mind yet.

After some time, he made up his mind to summon a tier 6 android to deal with the cloaked entity and in worst case scenario he is forced to fight but he would rather retreat than get into close combat so he took out a force sniper and with a light nod all the tier 2 robots dashed forward.

He was quite surprised with their speed.

Isn't it somehow the same as that cloaked entity's speed.

Let's just wait and see.

As if the monsters noticed their movements, they started to run towards their direction when he nodded.

All the tier 2 robots made a distance of 200 meters from his location and 2800 meters from the monsters, the thousand robots stopped got into positions both high and low as they withdrew blast snipers and started throwing lights into the huge mob.

The blast snipers have an explosive effect which causes additional damage to close enemies and with such a large mob, each shot could take down at least 5 monsters.

Looking at the wall of carcasses Ghengi felt he overestimated the monster's strength due to them being oversized and the cloaked figure had appeared but have not made a move and only watched as his subordinates got slaughtered.

Until it turned to the other direction but before it could run, two beautiful blue lights traced an arc as they passed through a leg each of the cloaked figure.
