In Underworld, Serafall had called an urgent meeting saying that it was regarding Angels and Fallen Angels.
As she said, all the council members and Satans had to enter the meeting, and when she appeared in the room, everyone in the room had a stunned expression on their faces.
After all, besides Serafall, Rias, Sona, Seekvaira, Misla, Inglivid, and many others had arrived at the place.
"Rias Chan, why are you here? And Serafall, what do you mean by this?" Sizrech asked as he looked at Rias, and hearing this, Rias looked at her brother and then her eyes fell on Phenex Family Head.

Looking at everyone in the room, Serafall nodded and said, "Now that everyone is here, let's start the meeting."
As she said, everyone's expression changed at the disregard she showed for Sizrech, and even his sister disregarded him.
"Serafall Leviathan, Are you trying to rebel?" Zefram said as he looked at Serafall and hearing him, Serafall grinned and said, "Nope! The rebellion happens when two sides have similar or lower strength. But when you have an overwhelming advantage, You don't say rebel."
As she said, her form changed and World Ending Serpent's figure appeared behind her.
Seeing this, Ajuka and Sizrech's expressions changed, but they were shocked as others in her group revealed their Class, and all of them were equal to base Sizrech, if not above.
"Submit or Die!" Serafall said as she looked at everyone, who had paled expressions on their face.
"Satan Sizrech, What are you standing for? Can't you see she is rebelling?" Zefram looked at Sizrech and shouted, but he was too stunned to look at Rias's strength. He didn't understand how his little sister reached the same level as him in Teens.
At the side, Ajuka counted their chances of victory and everything, it came out to be zero, and seeing this, he sighed and looking at Serafall, he asked, "Serafall, what do you want to do?"
"It's not me who will be doing it, It will be..." Serafall said with a smile on her face and a portal appeared beside her.
From the portal, a woman came out and from her, everyone in the room felt suppression, and their expression changed as the suppression they felt was from Bloodline.
"Lady Lilith." Serafall said as she stood behind and seeing everyone, Lilith nodded and said, "I had expected half of them would be dead. It seems the Devils either have gotten more intelligent, or they are too used to Peace."
Saying this, Lilith looked at Ajuka and said, "Sona, and Seekvaira, go and fight with Ajuka! If you will lose, you will lose everything."
"Yes, Lady Lilith." Both of them said as they looked at Ajuka, who looking at their face went to his Super Devil form. They were teleported to Dimensional Gap by Lilith, and seeing this, their shocked face was now full of terror.
"Rias, go and fight with your brother. If you win, you will be out of all the responsibilities that you were tasked with."
"Really? Cough! I mean, I understand, Lady Lilith!"
"Sizrech Lucifer, I challenge you to a Duel," Rias said as she winked at Sizrech and seeing this, Sizrech looked at Lilith and they were teleported to Dimensional Gap.
"Now, I will introduce myself to you all! You all must have noticed the Bloodline Suppression you are feeling and must have guessed my identity by now."
"Well, you all are right if you understood that I am Lilith, The Mother of Devils, and now, I have to claim the whole Underworld and become Queen of Underworld," Lilith said as she released her energy and everyone in the room fell to their knees.
"Now, does anyone here have information about an unfilial son of mine? If yes, raise your head. If not, keep looking on the ground."
Lilith said but no reply came and moments later, she nodded and said, "So, no one has information! Hmm! Zekram should have but since he isn't here, I will deal with him later. Now, let's start the trial about the Traitors."
"All those who are affiliated with Rizevim and have supported his actions will die."
Just as Lilith said, everyone's expression in the room and three Devils in the room died. Seeing this a shocked expression appeared on the other's face, Lilith raised her hand and captured the souls of dead Devils.
With a snap, the souls disappeared from the place, and they were sent to a place from which they would never come out.
"Only three? I had expected more, and it's shocking that Zefram, you aren't affiliated with Rizevim, why is the reason?"
Zefram, who heard this felt the suppression on him weaking, and he looked up. His eyes met with hers and his eyes dulled and he started to speak, "Like my father, I have never liked that man and I wish he would die and not destroy everything."
"Hmm, Sera, bring Zefram in the place," Lilith said and Serafall disappeared from the place.
"Valerie, I will leave cleaning to you!" Lilith said as she looked in a direction, and hearing her, Valerie nodded as she looked at her squad and said, "Kill everyone on the list and send their souls to Purgatory."
"Yes, Lady!" The squad members said, and they disappeared from the place and seeing this, Valerie nodded at Lilith, and she also disappeared.
"When you reach home, if you find your relative dead, don't freak out! The only ones that are going to be killed are the ones that have betrayed the Underworld, have slaughtered innocents, are leeches for the world, or break the laws I have made."
As she said this, she looked at everyone kneeling on the ground and seeing this, a smile appeared on her face.
Moments later, Serafall appeared in the place while holding Zekram's neck and as he appeared, he also fell on the ground.
"Zekram, look up," Lilith said and Zekram unconsciously looked up and he looked into her eyes. Just like what happened with Zefram, his eyes also dulled, and she asked, "Tell me Rizevim's locations and the deals you have been making with him."
