"I don't love her, she's just my consort," said Jun angrily

"I..We shouldn't discuss about this here, you're my brother's consort,"said Jun

"It's okay,"said Mei Zhen as he hugged Jun who felt uncomfortable with this

"I have to go now, I'll see you later," said Jun now freeing himself from her grip as they both stood up

"Goodbye your highness," said Mei Zhen with a bow

"Take care of yourself,"said Jun before departing now leaving Mei Zhen alone in the ancestral hall

"Do you really believe his highness love the third lady,"asked xiu who had earlier hidden herself at the back of the ancestral hall as soon as she sighted Jun

"It's in his eyes," replied Mei Zhen

"What if you're wrong?"Asked Xiu emerging from her hiding place as she comes to Mei Zhen who was still offering incense

"I'll have to get rid of Mei lien sooner or later but we both still have to work together to expose the real criminal responsible for the princes death,till then ,I'll let her live," said Mei Zhen as she gave out a cunning smile

Meanwhile,Jun had heard everything discussed by Mei Zhen and xiu that night all thanks to a mysterious cat who stood in front of Jun giving him no access to move forward,Just as he was able to chase away the cat and continue his journey to his chamber,he heard xiu voice and wondered why she had to hide when she sighted him ,so he decided to eavesdrop and was soon devastated by all what he heard
