Timeskip or Maruders Map get.

The first week of Hogwarts flew by fast. Herbology a class we had three times a week was pretty easy for me. It appears I inherited original Neville's green thumb. Sprout was a very good teacher upbeat kind and very informative. She even taught the class the fire charm 'incendio' as a precaution against certain plants.

Moving on Charms was mostly an explantion on it's basic like 'Curses, jinxes and hexes are classified as Dark Charms' or and, were therefore not taught in charms. Or the difference between charms and transfiguration. 'Charms are a type of magic spell concerned with enchanting an object to behave in a way that isn't normal for that object. For example, the Summoning Charm brings an object to the caster. Charms is also something of a catch-all for spells that aren't Transfiguration spells that change the inherent nature of an object. In some sense, if a spell isn't Transfiguration, it's probably a Charm'. Flitwick also gave the first years their first taste of magic with 'lumos' the wand-lighting charm.

Then there was Transfiguration, Mcgonagall did her whole Animagus reveal, followed by teaching the most basic Transfiguration spells. Verto which alters shapes. Muto which transforms the physical matter. And, finally Reparifarge which is the counter to incomplete transfigurations. At the end of the class the only one to complete the spell was me. Hermione though was able to get some changes in hers. In this class I didn't try and offer anyone help.

Transfiguration isn't something you can really get helped with. It was largely based on talent and will power. An object will always remember what it is so you must overpower its will to transfigure it.

Moving on DADA Quirrell's classroom smelled strongly of garlic. The class was just Quirrell, reciting the book fake stutter for fake stutter. I feel sorry for the O.W.L and N.E.W.T student who have to deal with this. The only time he stopped his stutter act was, to talk about his turban. He claimed it was given to him by an African prince as a thank-you for getting rid of a troublesome zombie. When Seamus Finnegan asked eagerly to hear how Quirrell had fought off the zombie, Quirrell went pink and started talking about the weather. 

And lastly, Astronomy wasn't exactly difficult it was just studying the stars,

constellations, of planets and their moons. Also we learned to use telescopes, observe the night skies through them, and make labeled star charts. Professor Sinistra even had current NASA. The only real problem with the class was, it was held at midnight.

The first week of classes concluded and the weekend was here. I was currently in the Undercroft trying some new spells. The first I wanted to use was the doubling 'Geminio' and, the animation charm 'Piertotum Locomotor' both are spells i'd need for future projects.

"Geminio." I said and the book in front of me had an exact copy of itself made. Checking through the book seeing no difference in the book and that I had a successful cast. I smiled.

Now time for the animation charm. "Piertotum Locomotor."

And the copy book i'd made started flying around the room erratically. Oh well can't get everthing down fast. Holding out hand my and waving I spoke "finite." and, the book fell to the ground. Wandless finite was definitly worth the practice.

Using my Occlumency to clear my mind of all distractions and letting my will and intention flow out I spoke. "Piertotum Locomotor."

At my words the book started doing an entire dance routine well as much of a dance routine as a book could. Now it's time to use the charm for the greater good. And by the greater good I mean the grind. Using transfiguration I turned several small objects into golf balls. Then I used the animation charm and gave them orders to attack me. When the balls started flying at me I hastily erected a "protego". Defecting them away, but that didn't stop them they kept coming and instead of saying the spell out loud I thought protego. But, nothing came out and I got a golf ball to the head. The pain rang though my head but, also calmed me the golf balls had all regrouped and were preparing to hit me. Instead of paniking I waited, when the golf balls were close I willed a shield to form Protego I though in my head. And, just like when I spoke the spell a translucent shield formed blocking my attackers. At that I smiled. Now to perfect it.

And so for the next hour I practiced my non-verbal shield charm. Sometimes i'd lose focus and the spell would fizzle out. But eight out of ten times it didn't.

After my training session in the Undercroft I was in the Gryffindor common room. And, I saw the Weasley twins by the fireplace. Then an idea struck me. Walking over I asked. "Can I talk with you two real quick?"

The twins hearing me turned to me with a devilish smile. "Oh an ikle firsty wants to talk to us?"

"Yes it shouldn't take too long follow me." I said walking away without a waiting for a their response but, I knew they'd be following.

I then took them to an abandoned class room. Where they looked at me curiously. I broke the silence by saying. "Alright you two have the Maruders Map, I want it. Name your price."

With my blunt declaration the twins looked flummoxed. They eventually snapped out of it and said. "How do you know!?"

"Doesn't matter. Lets do buisness." I said in a no nonsense tone.

"Let us think about it."

"No it now or never map for galleons. If you waste my time the amount i'm willing to pay goes down." I said. I already knew they had no use left for the map and needed money so i'll be agressive.

The twin seemed to have a telepathic conversation and nod to each other. Then at the same time said. "Ten galleons."

"Seven." I countered.

"Eight." They countered.

"Deal." I end the negotiation.

I pull out the coins and handed them over for the map.

"Pleasure doing business with you." I said putting the map in my pocket.

"Wait!" Said Fred

"Don't you need to know how to use it." Said George.

"Nope." I said popping the letter p and, leaving the room.
