Mr Lin: how have the girls been for the past week?

Martin: obedient and hard working, they spend there time studying after cleaning the lab

Mr Lin: is that so, I suppose they should be done with the history reading as well?

Martin: yes sir.

Mr Lin: bring them in

Mr Lin: I have called you all for something important, assuming you understood and read through the entire history I assigned you.. I will be sending you to the Ming dynasty

Jenny: so we can finally use the time machine?

Mr Lin : yes...and

Jai: but what about me

Mr Lin: stop interrupting me, I will run you through the rules of time travel and how to survive and since you are black, it will be rather difficult to survive but am hoping you work together and come back in one piece

Martin: what happens if you die in the past?

Mr Lin: we will miss you that's for sure but try not to die..... so any questions for now?

Jenny: but sending Jai, she will be beheaded father please reconsider why cant you send us to the future

Mr Lin: The future is not ours to see and taking you both will be an adventure don't worry you will be fine. Jai would you like to go?

Jai: I want to but is it safe?

Mr Lin: as long as you stay together you will be fine and follow my instructions the chances of you surviving is thirty percent.

Martin: thirty?

Mr Lin: yes thirty.

Jai: Thirty? father we are not ready

Jenny: yes please give us more time to practice, we are not ready

Mr Lin: you will never be ready, experience is the best teacher, you will be ready once you are there already

Jai: you are sending us to die?

Mr Lin: No, no ... am sending you off for a holiday..

Jenny: we still need more time

Mr Lin: decide now or never,

Jenny: we need to think about it carefully

Mr Lin : you have thirty minutes, come to the Lab once you are decided... Martine come I need help with the preparation ( while leaving the room)

Martin: but don't you think its risky sending Jai?

Mr Lin: yes it is but at least she will have a test of our culture, it will be hard and terrifying but let them have a little fun, my father sent me to the dinosaur era

Martin: you Have seen dinosaurs before?

Mr Lin: yes and they are not friendly

Martin: but the girls

Mr Lin: they will be fine, I can always bring them back when the face danger

Martin: oh then its up to them to decide.

Jenny: what do you think?

Jai: I don't know about you but am definitely going

Jenny: oh thank God I thought I have to convince you into going

Jai: we have been dying to try the time travel machine, we cant miss the opportunity.

Jenny: so we are going?

Jai: yes

Mr Lin: have you decided?

YES " we chorused.

Mr Lin: let's get started then, bring the rule book

Martin: yes sir.
