Armel enters the evening court for the first time in a very long time. He walks in with a sour face, clearly lacking in sleep.
But Marguerite pretends not to notice as she greets him politely. Armel is also not in the mood to deal with her. He knows that she has been dissatisfied with the way he handled things lately, but he doesn't want to argue with her anymore.
Marguerite turns to the poor ministers that can feel the slight tension in the air. They read her eerie smile as an odd declaration of war. As if the scent of blood was already around them. But they don't realize yet, that in her head they all have already died.
The ministers are anxious at first, seeing so weirdly happy when they obviously are the victorious ones in this 'competition' of hers. But they quickly calm themselves, it's impossible for her to have anything. They hid perfectly.
