Chapter 219: Time Savings

While Yuki and his group explored the dungeon, uncertainty still loomed in Orario. The clash between Kurumi and Yuki lingered vividly in the minds of the residents, along with the destruction they caused. Though relatively minor, it instilled panic in the population, not to mention the flying and dying.

Upon learning the culprits, the Guild decided to impose a mild punishment on Hestia Familia by paying a sum for the inconvenience. Despite Yuki being a champion, the Guild felt it shouldn't show favoritism.

Fortunately, Freya acted swiftly, releasing a sum to the Guild to turn a blind eye to the issue. She also committed to repairing the damages. This led to the revelation of the "Dream Club's" existence, as Freya, Demeter, and Dia didn't stand idly by. They used their influence to bury the incident.

Demeter, responsible for Orario's food supply, had the support of the merchants. Dia, too, ensured the Guild didn't interfere.

The Loki Familia chose to ignore the matter, with Riveria taking care of it and informing Loki of their "agreement." Loki accepted, knowing that with two of his daughters involved with Yuki, there was nothing to worry about.

Hephaestus received a nice gift and dungeon materials, leaving her with no right to complain, not that she planned to.

As for Ishtar Familia, they received compensation for their damaged residences. Unfortunately, Ishtar couldn't use it to her advantage, as Freya took care of the payment. It left Ishtar speechless, especially since seeing Yuki became increasingly difficult, and she couldn't contact him after the banquet.

Only the male gods were dissatisfied. However, seeing the group of goddesses supporting and deciding to forget the matter left them powerless. Apollo, in particular, complained at the Guild, but Freya silenced him by throwing money and threatening destruction if he didn't keep quiet. This depressed him, unable to compete against that goddess.

And Hermes? He didn't show up; it didn't affect him in the slightest. Asfi also advocated on Yuki's behalf, so he said nothing.

The same went for Takemikazuchi and Miach, who closed their eyes and carried on.

And what about Hestia? She was kicked out of her home as builders from the Goibniu Familia entered, beginning the remodeling.

Needless to say, Hestia was bewildered. She had grown to love her home, and although it was an abandoned church, the interior comfort was good. Unfortunately, the builders didn't care, proceeding to demolish the church and construct something grand in its place.

"Waaaaaaa"

Hestia cried as she watched her cozy home crumble and be forgotten. After all, Yuki hadn't informed her about this, leaving her on the streets.

With tears and snot on her face, Hestia headed toward the Hephaestus Familia, hoping her friend would help her with this predicament.

With the sound of an explosion and several bones turning to dust, Yuki jumped backward, satisfied with the result.

"Well done, Yuki-san. As expected of you; it wasn't difficult. Fufufu..."

Emerging from the shadows with a smile, Kurumi praised him, though she more or less expected this outcome.

"Yuki..."

Coming out of the shadows alongside Kurumi, Inori took his arm. That monster was terrifying, capable of absorbing energy and moving at extreme speeds, confirming that this type was worthy of being the Dungeon's defense system.

"It's okay, don't worry."

Touching her head, Yuki felt a bit at ease. Always having his cute girlfriend by his side was comforting.

[Master, me too.]

Transforming into her human form, Est didn't fall behind, embracing Yuki, who smiled in response and also stroked her head.

"Fufu, Yuki-san, you are loved."

Smiling mischievously, Kurumi winked at him while sighing at the same time.

"Yuki-san, I don't want to be a party pooper, but if monsters like that await us on the deeper floors, then I think our adventure ends here."

Kurumi was right; the Dungeon had exceeded the world's limits, creating a beast with level 11, something exorbitant. Perhaps only the One-Eyed Black Dragon could match that power.

But Yuki also knew this. With the four of them descending, it would be impossible...

At least not with their current condition. They needed to level up or gather more companions.

"You're right, but this is within my expectations. In the future, we'll have to summon the rest of the team."

Thinking of the chat room, Yuki had the perfect adventure candidates. Each of them was not an ordinary girl.

And although Yuno claimed to be normal, Yuki didn't believe her. Being the only ordinary girl in a group of powerhouses was strange, so her world must be something special.

"Oh? I guess that's true. Fufu."

Recalling the 'girls,' Kurumi was very excited to meet them, especially La Folia and Yuno. Those two girls would always make her smile—La Folia with her black belly and Yuno with her teasing.

"In the meantime, let's go down as much as we can. We'll have to update our parameters, and if all goes well, Zafkiel won't resort to your lifespan anymore."

This was one of the reasons why Kurumi agreed to be summoned. Yuki promised her that with Falna, her time problem would be resolved. Although monsters were her alternative, her problem had not yet been solved.

"That reminds me, Yuki-san, you are very wasteful with Time."

Snorting unsatisfied, Kurumi had analyzed Yuki's abilities.

For her, Yuki simply didn't know the term 'saving' since each Aleph bullet cost him two turns of Zafkiel—a unheard-of expenditure for her. Yet, it made his projectiles more powerful.

"I have several questions too... When we fight, your bullets are special, as is your control over spiritual power. I have to say that, compared to me, I am far behind."

Yuki knew he wasn't a master at handling Zafkiel. He knew the power of each bullet but lacked the mastery Kurumi possessed. Moreover, since recovering his memories, he had been busy training in Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and Kejutsu.

The time he had to train with Rasiel was limited, and he had to spend time with Tsunade and the girls. He also had to protect himself from Danzo and Konoha's executives, who were undoubtedly waiting for him to slip up to regain control of Anbu.

One could say that Anbu was a shield and a sword for him, which could control Konoha without those snakes interfering in his daily life.

But this also consumed more time as he spent time looking after Konoha, carrying out assassination and espionage missions. Although he had his clones handling most of it, the original had to be vigilant in his duties. He couldn't afford to be lax; after all, his original spent time training or visiting the Hyugas.

This is also why Kurumi was so crucial to him. With her in this world, Yuki hoped to train with her, improving his control over his power. After all, he had neglected his spiritual power, focusing more on his ninja skills.
