Showcase 11: Servius, The Talking Snake of Akakage

So, Akira and Rei are uh... Assisting the fight. Akatsuki went pro on them.

She stabbed Spider so many times, Spider will surely die of blood loss.

So, Akira and Rei decide it is time to either kill Spider or knock Spider out and give him to the police.

Akatsuki wipes the blood on her face, "So, what are we gonna do with him?"

Akira: I dunno. I follow orders.

Rei: I'm only here because I wanna protect Kuroba-san.

Akatsuki: Wait, I gotta call-

"RING RING."

"There's the call."

Akatsuki picks up the phone and-

"Was your little mission a success?"

"Yeah. I believe in this timeline... Nide and Snow will come soon to clean up some mess, like the crime scene mess."

"Kudo Snow-san?"

"Yes."

"Well, kill Spider. He's on the List. Then tell Snow-san that if she disagrees, she won't be targeted, but we will never be caught. Get Akira and Rei out of here with you so that they will not get suspected."

"Yes, Akakage-san."

And so life ended with Spider.

And we didn't even get to know his f**king name in this chapter-

Anyway, Snow was faster than Nide and arrived at the bloody scene.

Spider's throat was slit.

"Who killed him, Nide?"

"Probably someone in the Aka Squad."

"Red Squad?"

"I am in the Shiro(White) Squad, a squad of analysis, accuracy and knowledge. There are three squads, Red, White and Black. Black is the Shizuko Clan with Uchiha Tamurain both Red and Black, White is us siblings, plus Chiharu, Ame, Sova or Ryoko and Kazami, who is also with the Red. The Red Squad is a central squad unit. The people in the squad are pro assassins or still in training assassins. They... Are quite wild."

"Okay... Explains the blood all over the place. But they don't have to kill people-"

"If that guy with all the stabbing is dead, then that means it's okay for the Red Squad to kill them, meaning that they are on the List... This syndicate is targeted by the Mafia."

"R-really? How do you-"

"The Red Squad follows a certain rule: If the target is on the List set on the Assassin Board, they are allowed to kill. Same goes of Black, but not that bloody. Red will do anything to gain people's trust and then kill them, Black is more of the ambush type. Some of the targets are from specific clients, such as the Mafia they work with. I am not allowed to say anything about it, so yeah."

"In other words-"

"We are here to clean up the bodies," Nide finishes Snow's sentence.

"Speaking of which, where are Akira and Rei?"

"They probably left with the Red Squad Rookie."

"Who's the rookie?"

"You probably never met her. She just joined the squad, and I admit, she did a pretty good job."

"So, how are you two doing?" Another voice spoke.

Nide turns around, "Oh my gods-"

"No, I am not here to torment you, I'm here to help you," The red snake says in Akakage's voice.

"I swear to gods, stop, Akakage-san."

"I'm gonna clean up the blood, Snow-san, gather the corpse; Nide, do you know how to create a portal to the 'trash can'?"

"Yeah, to some extent..."

"Dump the corpses into the trash can, Snow."

"Why does it have to be ME!?" Snow asks.

"Because opening a portal requires two hands?"

"Nide can open a f**king portal?"

"That is not important. We will explain this later." Nide stops the conversation.

"Fine. You better explain it later on."

Snow starts looking for the corpses. It took less than three seconds for her to return with Spider and another two dead people. Three minutes later, a little pile of dead bodies lay still in front of Nide.

The blood-stained concrete starts to disappear, and the blood swims towards the snake. The power of Servius is that he can gather the blood, whether it is fresh or old. It's of great use when it comes to cleaning up a crime scene.

Nide starts to do some weird hand signs, similar to what you see in Naruto, but different in a way: It's irregular, the gestures are a flowing trajectory and sparks start to form on Nide's fingertips. The light from Nide's hands weaves together to create glowing signs, and a short time later, a circle begins to form. It looks a bit "Doctor Strange", but that's not it. The light is golden, yet tainted with a mix of shade. Inside the circle was pure darkness.

"Looks like you've improved, Nide-san!" Servius says.

"Okay, Servius-"

"What's in the circle?" Snow asks.

"A slip of Time and Space."

"Does that even-"

"The circle is ripping Time and Space apart to create a crack. That's why you need two hands to keep the form still. Now, just dump the corpses in."

"What does the circle do?" Snow picks up two corpses and dumps them in.

"The circle allows a person to travel to a different Dimension as long as it exists, whether it's fictional or not. This does mean that if the world is written on a book, it creates another Dimension."

"So does that mean if a writer creates a fictional world in their books, this book can open up to a new world that you can travel to?" Snow picks up and dumps the corpses at a faster pace. Clearly, she does not want to see more dead bodies lying around.

"Yeah, pretty much."

"And you can visit that world?"

"Do you know why you are in the Miraculous Ladybug Universe?"

"This Universe is called Miraculous Ladybug?"

"You see, If the fictional world is set in a specific country, the country can be split into different regions of Dimensions. Miraculous Ladybug is set in Paris, so as you enter Paris, you slip into the fictional universe without realising it."

"So, how are you able to do that?" Snow asks as she dumps the last man into the circle.

"If you are a part of the squads, you can do that," Nide says as he starts to do the smooth gestures again. Glowing signs start to form, and the circle gradually closes.

"And can you tell me how can you do real magic and why snakes can talk?" Snow asks, wiping her hands.

"What I am going to tell you now, keep it a secret."
