Chapter 24 : Lovers

3rd POV

Hajin opened his eyes wide as he felt something soft pressing on his lips, only to see Rachel kissing him with her eyes closed.

She was shocked, but instead of pushing her back, he closed his eyes and enjoyed the warm sensation.

It was not a french kiss, no, it was just a normal kiss. But there were a lot of emotions behind it. It was not anything lewd, instead, it was just a deep kiss filled with love.

A minute later, Rachel finally lifted her head, ending the kiss.

Hajin opened his eyes and stared at her in shock, however, it was reduced a lot because of the enjoying sensation and feelings he felt when she kissed him.

"What was..." He tried to say, but was cut off my Rachel who put her finger on his mouth to shut it. She had a red face, but she was keeping herself composed, barely.

"I love you! So, You don't need to be alone, I'll be with you. Let me stay by your side, so you don't feel lonely and alone... !" She claimed.

"I-"

"I want us and our daughter to live as a family, to live together while spending our time happily." She said while lovingly smiling at Hajin.

"... !" However, soon realizing what she was saying, she turned as red as a tomato and turned her face to the side, but the smile on her face never vanished.

"..." Hajin started at her for a few seconds while thinking. He was just glad that things turned out this way, he was happy, he really was.

Hajin lifted his head from her lap and got up. He grabbed Rachel's face from the side and turned it towards himself. Rachel reluctantly followed but still averted her eyes to the side.

He smiled while looking at her but soon closed his eyes and brought his face closer. Rachel, seeing this, looked at him while thinking what he was going to do.

But her terrain of thoughts stopped as she felt something rough and cold pressing against her soft lips.

She widened her eyes upon realizing that Hajin had kissed her. However, she didn't push him back but simply accepted the kiss. Hajin wraped his hands around her her bottom waist while Rachel hugged him around her neck.

They enjoyed the kiss for a while longer before parting ways...

"I love you too." He said as he looked at Rachel with a loving gaze.

"... R-really? Am I dreaming?" She asked as she still wanted to confirm if it was a dream or not, because all of it felt like a dream to her, and if it really was, she hopped that it would never end.

"Yes, and you're not dreaming." He said while chuckling at the end.

"*sigh* finally..." She said as she hugged Hajin again while hiding her face into his chest, to which Hajin just chuckled again lightly.

Hajin closed his eyes as he enjoyed the embrace. He fell onto the couch with Rachel on top of him. They stayed like this for a few minutes while cuddling with each other along with some hums and silent chuckling coming from Rachel time from time.

-A few minutes later-

Hajin and Rachel could be seen laying on the couch in each other's embrace. They were cuddling just a while ago, however, after they enjoyed it enough, they closed their eyes and decided to simply enjoy each other's embrace silently.

After some time, they got up from their previous position and sat on the couch while facing their back on it, resting their each on each other's shoulders.

"So it's finally it huh. We're now finally lovers~" She said, sounding very happy.

"Yeah."

"But what now?"

"Hmm?"

"What does it change?"

"Hmm, well..." He thought for a while, but came up with the correct answer in a few seconds, " Nothing really. Aside from the fact that we're now officially lovers and can do lover's things, nothing has really changed."

" Mm, I guess you're right. We were close before anyways, the only difference now is that we know of each other's feelings, and..."

"And...?" He asked with a gentle voice.

"... and now we have a cute little daughter to take care of. I'm sure it will be hard handling a child, but it will be fun as well."

"... Indeed." He lightly noded his head. They now had a daughter, and since both were aware of it, they would take care of her.

While they were talking, Evandel came down from upstairs and peaked from behind a wall into the room where they were sitting. They, of course, noticed it and turned their faces to where she was.

"Evandel, come here." Hajin said gently, looking towards wall behind which she was hiding. She obediently followed and came into the living room, standing in front of them.

"Come here, sit." He said as he pointed his hand towards his lap. Evandel did as she was asked, came near them and jumped into their laps. She sat in such a way that she occupied both of their laps at the same time.

Rachel placed her hand on Evandel's head and started caressing her hair lightly. Evandel hummed in return, indicating that she was enjoying it.

"My cute little daughter, what's your name?" She asked while strocking her head.

"My name is Evandel!" She said in a childish voice filled with excitement.

"Okay. Do you know our names?" She asked.

"Yes! Mommy's name is Rachel, and daddy's name is Hajin!" She said aloud.

"Mm, very good." She said as she lowered her face and kissed Evandel on the forehead.

Hajin also smiled and lightly tickled Evandel on the stomach, to which she just laughed cutely.

"Hehehe~ S-shtop it! Daddy!" She refuted but Hajin only increased the intensity, to which Evandel's laughter just grew. Rachel smiled and felt happy that everything was going along marvelously.

[A/N : The misspelling is intentional. It shows that Ev still can't pronouce everything right and speaks in child's tongue.]

"Oh, right. We need to get cloths and other things for Evandel too." Hajin said while looking at his smartwatch.

02 : 34

It was still noon, the day was still young and the sun was high up in the sky, shinning brightly. It was actually hot outside, but the temperature inside the house was just perfect.

"Say, do you want to go shopping for Evandel's cloths? We can also go to some other places as well." He asked Rachel.

"Sure, I don't mind. But should we go just like this?" She said while pointing at herself.

"Hmm, if we go like this, it will attract too much attention. And you being seen in public with Evandel is too dangerous for now, I don't mind rumors, but it won't be safe for Evandel."

"Yeah, but... I'm sure you'll be here to protect us. But I get what you're thinking. Wait a few minutes, let me get ready. You should change too, we can't just go around town in cadet's clothes or it will grab too much attention.

"You're right. Well, the dressing room is that way. We aren't in any hurry, so you can explore the house with Evandel too. In the meantime, I'll get something ready." He said.

"Oh? What is it?" She tilted her head, Aside from changing his cloths, she couldn't think of anything he had to get ready for.

"It'll be a surprise. You'll both like it for sure." He said as he got up from the couch, lowered himself to Evandel's level and said, "Ev, be a good girl okay? Don't tease mommy too much."

"Okey! I will be the besht girl in the world!" She replied enthusiastically.

"Good." Hajin said as he looked at Rachel lovingly, who returned the same look. She got closer to Hajin gave him a peck on the cheek.

"Take care too... h-honey~" She said while shuttering at the end.

"Haha, you too. Just don't force yourself, we have all the time in the world to get used to it, so do it at your own phase." He said and laughed lightly.

"Okay..." She said and walked out of the living room towards where the dressing room was along with Evandel.

"Now then." He said while changing his clothes with [Stigma] and teleported to a specific company.

-- SH Agency -- Main Office --

3rd POV

It was a normal day at SH Agency. The main office was filled with customers and inversters, who were in line at the counter to register their names or to fill their investments respecitvely. There are also some big figures and heroes that were sitting on chairs, althought it was in the name of "special treatment", they weren't really given special treatment except that they could sit and wait instead of just standing in the line.

All of a sudden, a thick blackish purple energy appeared in the office. The customers were taken aback and got away from the ball, while the hunters and heroes present there prepared just in case a battle happens.

The ball started enlarging and became the size of an average human. But suddenly, it's size decreased at the speed of light and it minimized to a tiny dot. It disappeared, but was instantly replaced by a figure that appeared out of thin air.

All the fighters took out there weapons and pointed at the figure, but he didn't seem to be fazed even a little. On first glance, the figure was wearing a black jackek, black pants and a black shirt underneath the jacket. He had black hair and appeared to be in his late teens, maybe around 17? 18? They couldn't find out, but were sure that the number was around that.

He leisurely walked to the counter where the lady was sitting. Although she appeared composed on the outside, maybe because others thought she was protected by a high grade defense artifact that was the glass wall? But on the inside, her mind was in chaos. She didn't want to be caught up in an accident of any sort as she had started her first job here just a few days ago.

The man stopped instead of the counter and said, "I want a meeting with the manager."

"... huh?" The counter lady voiced out in confusion. She thought that he would demand money or some other important thing that was in this building, but to her surprise, he just wanted a meeting with the boss. The Big Boss.

"I want to see the manager here." He repeated his words seeing that the lady didn't here him.

"Ah, you have to wait for it if you want to meet him, please get in the line, you can also sit on one of those chairs if you want." She said while composing herself.

"Can't I get an emergency meeting? I ordered something through this agency, and I came to pay and get it."

"Sir, please wait in the line. Or are you saying we should give you special treatment? For that, I don't even know who you are, nor have I been told of someone that matches your appearance. We can't give you special treatment per say the rules of the agency." She said in a domineering tone.

"... *sigh* you know what, just tell me if the manager is here. I'll go to him directly." He said while placing his hand on his face, maybe disappointed?

"Sir, I should repeat, we can't give you special treatment. Please wait in line or leave." She said, in the same tone as the previous one, but there was obviously higher preasure behind it this time.

"..." The man sighed and closed his eyes, than he opened them again, however, instead of the previous blackish silver eyes, he now had shiny golden eyes, with small purple magic circles that were in front of the eyes.

He looked around for a few seconds, but stopped in his track and looked at one direction, seemingly appearing to have found what he was looking for. His eyes closed and opened again, but this time, they had returned to normal.

"So he's here huh." He said and took out a phone from his pocket and dialed a number. The call soon connected and a loud greeting could be heard from the other side of the phone.

"Very nice of you to accept the call so soon consdering that you're always busy, Soohyuk." He said while smiling, but it was obvious that the man was annoyed by something.

-- Meanwhile -- Manager Office -- SH Agency --

A man in his late thirties or maybe early fourties could be seen sitting on a luxurious chair. He had black hair and was wearing glasses, which seemed quite expensive.

He was wearing expensive looking clothes and was seemingly doing his work, checking the recent papers and contracts with big guilds or major customers.

Park Soohyuk's POV

Business has been going well lately. A lot of new mercenaries are joining our agency and we're getting a lot more investors. Among all of them, the one that stands out the most is Kim Hajin-nim, who was the first major investor and currently the biggest investor we have.

We usually went hunting monsters every sunday but the first year cube cadets had their exams coming a few weeks ago, so he couldn't come for some time.

There was a drop in our weekly profit scale because of that, but we managed to fill that up with the new investors.

I can still remember how we first met when my agency was almost falling, it was then that he came in front of me like an angel and invested in OUR agency.

At first, I just thought that he was an above average cadet, but he hunted monsters with such ease and new all their weak points, he was even kind enough to give me list of monsters with their location and weaknesses. That day, I found out that he was beyond normal for a cadet.

But it didn't stop there. Just a few weaks before his absence, the amount of monsters he hunted almost tripled. According to him, he became more powerful, and in my eyes, his new power, which seemed absolutely illogical, was beyond the reach of a cadet, I still wonder how strong he truly is and if he's hiding anything else, well, he probably is. But that's not something I should involve myself in. He's giving me everything I could wish for, everyone has their private life that they want to hide from others, and he's probably not different in that regard either.

I was checking our agency's recent investors and seeing if there were any big shots who we should be careful with. I found some, but they were not people we couldn't handle, so I ignored them.

*BEEP* *BZZ[Vibration]*

'Hmm, who could this be?' I thought and picked up the phone, only to see a name that I hadn't seen in a week.

"Hajin-sii?!" I hurriedly picked up the call.

"Good day, Hajin-sii, How may I help you this time?" I asked, making sure I was polite.

Obviously, I don't want to leave a bad impression, even if he knows what kind of person I am, that doesn't change the fact that he could leave for any reason.

--Very humble of you to pick the call so soon considering you're busy, Soohyuk~ He said. But I could tell that something was wrong.

'I don't like that tone... Why does he sound annoyed and angry? Did I mess up something?! But no... I don't remember messing up anything that was related to him, and I made sure to make his requests this agency's top priority, so what could happen... ?'

"You embarrass be Hajin-ssi, but why does it sound like you're annoyed... ?" I said, keeping my calm as much as possible.

--Ah, it's nothing major. It's just that I came to meet you in your main brach currently, but the counter lady said I had to wait, but I have to go somewhere quickly. I even asked her if she could tell me if you are here or not, but she refused. I had to use my powers in the end. I don't mind this attitude because she seems new here, I haven't seen her before after all. In any case, can I have a meeting with you? If you don't mind.

"Yes...?! Oh, yes! Of course! I'll prepare everything right away, please come to the Super VIP room. I'll ask someone to guide you there right away! Please send me information about your current appearance." I said and closed the call.

'That idiot! I knew she was somewhat arrogant but how could she behave that way to our most precious customer?! Sure she was new, but she could have at least called me!

I hurriedly picked up another phone. After 2 seconds, the call connected.

"There's a special guest in the VIP area, find him and accompany him to the Super VIP room that we recently build. ASAP!! And while you're at it, press the emergency closure alarm, we're closing the office for a few hours!" I said and put the call on hold.

I picked up another phone that was connected to the phone at the counter and called it. It was connected quickly.

"Get your dumbass here in my office in under 1 minute or I'm firing you!!" I yelled and closed the call. In just a few seconds, I could hear the sound of rushed footsteps approaching the door. Soon enough, the door opened and the counter lady came in. She probably ran as fast as she could.

"Stay in the office for now!, you have no idea who you have messed with! I just hope he doesn't get too angry! You're gonna get a whole damn day of lecture after I get back, and a 50% decrease in your monthly salary!" I said and ran towards the door.

"You can't do this, Sir, please g--" I opened the door and shut it, which resulted in a loud noise of the door shutting close forcefully.

Soohyuk's POV END

3rd POV

Hajin was standing in the counter room, when suddenly, the door at the side opened and a man dressed in full black butler suit came out. He looked around for a moment and stopped when he saw Hajin, than came near him and lightly bowed.

"May you be Kim Hajin-nim?" He asked.

"Yes, that's my name. What of it?" Hajin replied and asked as well.

"Manager Park ordered me to accompany you to our meeting place. If you would, please accompany me to the special room, Sir." He stated respectfully.

"Ah, sure." He said and both of them exited the main area as the other customers just watched the special treatment.

However, before leaving, the butler reached out to a button on the wall near the exist and pressed it. Instantly, the room lights turned red and an alarm started ringing. In just a few seconds, several black-clothed men came out of different rooms and asked the customers and everyone else to leave.

The customers could only do as they were told. While some people, who are apparently big shots, tried to resist, they were silenced soon enough and accompanied out of the building.

-- Meanwhile -- Super VIP Meeting Room --

There was a big vertical table, one chair was on each of the vertical sides, while the horizontal sides had 4 chairs each.

Hajin was sitting on one of the chairs on the vertical side near the door. The butler that came to accompany him was standing right besides him, just in case he needed anything.

It had been 2 minutes since Hajin had been in this room. Although he was not in particular hurry, he wanted to get home as soon as possible so they could go to shopping.

A few seconds later, sudden steps were heard approaching the room, they sounded rushed. Soon, the door banged open and Park Soohyuk came in. He sat on the chair opposite to Hajin's and greeted him from afar.

"Good day meeting you, Hajin-ssi. May I ask your reason for coming here today?"

"Yes, I came to pick up the order that I told you to buy a few days ago." He said with a smile.

"Ah, of course, the order arrived last night. It is parked in the garage. Do you want to take it from here or should we deliver it to wherever you want?"

"And also, please forgive the rudness our new employee showed you some time ago, she is a new worker here, so she didn't know about you."

"Of course, I'm not really angry, just annoyed a little. In any case, I'll take the order from here. I need to go somewhere right now with my family, so I'll teleport there directly along with it."

"Pardon? Ah, of course. So your gift allows you to teleport as well huh? It sure it handy." He said with a smile on his face. Clearly, he was interested in what Hajin's gift was, but he refrained from asking in case Hajin didn't like to talk about it.

"Indeed, it is. I can do nearly anything I want without any drawbacks... *Yawn* It sure is convenient to have such powers." He said while stretching his hands, he was still sleepy because he just woke up from the best sleep in his life just a few minutes ago.

"Oh?" He exclaimed, surprised that Hajin actually answered his question about his gift, even if the details were nothing major.

"Anyways, please come with me. I'll show you your order." He said while getting up. Hajin did the same and they exited the room and went towards the garage.

The butler went ahead and opened the door, and Hajin and Soohyuk entered the garage. It was quite big, likely the size of a large house. After all, this was the garage of the agency, where all the vehicles of all the raiders and associated hunters were parked.

Soohyuk went towards a specific place, while Hajin followed. All of a sudden, Soohyuk stopped and turned around.

"Here it is, Hajin-ssi." He said while pointing his hand towards what looked like a bike, covered by a white cloth.

Soohyuk lifted the cloth and what revealed was a beautiful trone bike in a black-blue design.

"This is your order, Hajin-ssi. I must say, your choice is certainly unique..."

"Thank you, Soohyuk-ssi."

Hajin approached the bike and touched it with his hand, seemingly satisfied with his new bike.

"This bike works with mana, although it can also run on fuel, it's maximum speed and potential can be reached only with mana. It's also capable of modification, so you can adjust any part of it to any way you like by putting your mana in it." He explained the bike's functions.

"Understood." Hajin said and placed his hand on the bike again, and transmitted his mana through it.

A silent sound was heard, it indicated that the bike's engine had started. The bike's parts soon started changing according to Hajin's will, its lights had also changed colors from blue to purple when Hajin added [Stigma]'s mana in it. The purple effect was because the mana was infused with Nihility, thus, the lights represented the user's nature of mana.

The bike's length also increased a little to make it be able to fit two people easily.

[A/N : Ignore the yellow and orange outlines and think of it as pure black with the purple lights. Replacing the orange makrs with purple lights is also doable.]

"Oh, I have never heard it turn purple. The seller company said that the rarest light it could get was red, which represented that the user's mana tank was as large as that of a nine-star. They said that it was possible for it to be of other shades of it if the rider's mana is unique but... "

"That's probably because of the nature of my mana. In any case, I'm satisfied with my order. Soohyuk-ssi, please send me the purchase details."

"Of course. Please wait a few seconds." He said and took out his phone from the inner pocket of his coat and sent Hajin the details.

"It's done."

"Okay." Hajin said and opened his smartwatch. He opened the message to see the details.

The bike was 300,000,000 WON. Apparently, it's high prize was because of its all-rounded nature. The details also mentioned that the bike could be converted into something else if the user's mana was high enough. Which was quite convenient.

'He opened his system through his smart-watch. And opened the money-exchanging option.

He inputed the amount of money he needed.

He than opened his violet banquet account and checked his balance.

The money was transfered successfully. He than transfered the money to SH Agency's main account. Although, he transfered more than what the bike's price was.

A notification sound was heard from Soohyuk's phone. He opened the phone and checked the message, but instantly froze the next second. The message was as follows :

"H-H-H-H-HAJIN-SSI?!?!" Soohyuk yelled as his face had turned white.

"Take the rest of the money as investment in the agency. Anyways, I have to go, see you later." He said as he placed his hand on the bike and teleported into thin air.

"WE WILL FOREVER BE GREATFUL TO YOU!!!" Park Soohyuk said aloud as he got into a Dogeza while crying.

The butlers near him rushed to him as he collapsed on the floor out of excitment[?].

-- Meanwhile -- Cube -- Mansion --

3rd POV

Hajin appeared in the garage with the bike. He closed the doors with [Stigma] and locked them. He than proceeded to get close to the bike and placed his hand on it.

He opened the system and edited the bike's setting so that it could be converted into a ring when not needed. He also added settings so that it could also be converted into a car in special ocassions.

{Would you like to add the following settings to the selected item?}

{1000 SP would be used.}

"Yes." He responded.

{Affirmative.}

Hajin closed the system window and looked towards the bike.

He placed his hand on it and thought of converting it into a ring as he transmitted [Stigma]'s mana into it.

A black type of liquid covered the bike and Hajin's hand, the liquid reduced itself to the size of Hajin's finger and formed a ring.

Hajin then thought of a car. The ring again turned into a blackish purple liquid and went out of Hajin's hand. It enlarged and formed what easily looked like a super car.

"... *Whistle* This is beyond my expections. But in any case, I'm glad that it turned out this way." He said as he converted it back into a ring.

During all this process, the ring on Hajin's hands actually never disappeared. Even when it was converted to a car, the ring remained on Hajin's hand. But it was actually because everytime Hajin converted it into something, the ring leaved a replica behind. The replica acted as a tracking device and could receive basic orders from the wearer.

"Now. It's time to surprise them!" Hajin exclaimed as he again teleported outside the house. He than came inside through the door directly.

"I'm back!" He said alound and soon another voice was heared.

"Welcome back." Rachel voice resounded from the living room.

'Hmm~ Feels good to be welcomed back when I get home~' He thought as he made his way to the living room.

Rachel and Evandel were talking with smiles on their faces. Rachel was sitting on the sofa and Evandel was sitting on her laps while getting her hairs caressed.

Hajin smiled at the sight and silently made his way behind them. He hugged Rachel from the back and bit her ears while asking,

"You guys ready?"

"Ye--Mhm~ Y-yes!" Rachel said while holding back her urge to let out her scream.

"Okay than, shall we get going?" He said as he backed away a bit so Rachel could get up.

She placed Evandel on the side and stood up while looking at Hajin with a pouting face.

"What?" Hajin asked, amused at seeing such a cute face.

"Don't do that!" She retorted.

"Why~ You let out such cute voices when I do that, and your pouting face is too cute!" He backed up his action.

HE HAD REASONS PEOPLE!

"Ugh" She failed to fight back and turned her face to the side.

"Oh come on~ Don't be mad." He said as he hugged her from behind again. "You can't be mad, or you won't enjoy the surprise~" He teased.

"Surprise?" She asked.

"Yes, did you already forget what I told you before going out?"

"No, but I thought you were joking..."

"Na, I was serious. Now let's get going. We can't delay it any longer."

"Okay. Oh, and speaking of which, I remembered."

"Hmm?" He tilted his head.

"I have to go back to England for a month next week for an event. I'll probably spend the entire vacation there. Do you want to come with me?" She asked while walking backwards towards the exit door.

"Sure, I'm free anyway. And I'll be bored here without you..." He said while averting his eyes.

"Okay, I'll inform my butler than. Oh, but what do we do about Evandel? Even if she doesn't leave the castle, just her existence is a bit... "

"Don't worry about that, I'll make sure no one harms her or any of us. And even if we're not present at some time, she's strong enough. You may not believe it, but Evandel here is the third strongest existence on Earth after you and me." He said while reassuring her in a gentle tone.

"Oh..." She exclaimed while putting her hand on her mouth. She was surprised that their daughter, which in a way wasn't even a day old, was actually so strong.

"Yeah. Now, let's get going." He said as he walked ahead and opened the front door.

They walked out of the house, but they were still in the boundary of the mansion. One could probably say they were in a garden or outer area of the mansion.

"Daddy! Daddy! Where is the surprise?" Evandel asked while jumping.

Hajin picked her up and placed her on his shoulders' back.

"Of course, You have to close your eyes first. How else will it be a surprise?"

"Okay." She said and closed her eyes while placing her hands on them. Rachel did the same.

Hajin reached out his hand into thin air and thought,

'Transform'

Blackish-purple liquid came rushing out of the ring on his hand and formed a purplish black colored beautiful trone bike.

"You can open your eyes now." He said as he backed away from them and came near the bike while extending both of his arms.

"Wow~" Evandel exclaimed with stars in her eyes while Rachel just widened her eyes in silent.

"Surprise~"
