The Attack

Three hours into the journey and they got into a particular area that seemed to be so silent and cold. It seemed like an abandoned area, no living soul could be noted bin that area and the cars slowed down in order to check if the perimeter was secure.

"This place seems so empty. What is this place?" Alex said as he also noticed the area.

"Well, this was where the GPS led us to." Ryan said with little assurance on his face.

"You are sure we are safe here with what I am seeing, because I can freaking freak the freaking fuck out of here." Alec said with low level of confidence in himself.

Though the whole team seemed to be nervous and seemed to suspect the deserting about the place, they had no option but to drive to the certain destination they were told to get to. They arrived at the destination and they found two cars that awaited their arrival. They all parked their cars in front of the two cars that awaited their arrival. After waiting for a while, Ryan and Alec got down and moved to where four men stood at ease, straight, wore black suits with dark shades as well, with tough and frowning faces in order to have words with them.

"We are sorry for the inconveniences we might have given you. Due to security reasons, the shipment was taken to another place and we have been assigned to lead you to the place. We would like it if you follow us to the place." One of the men said to Ryan and Alec who have this great doubt on their faces for a while. Ryan agreed and the men jumped into their cars and started the engines. Ryan and Alec went back to the car and Alex seemed to be slightly curious about it.

"Follow the cars. They would lead us to the right place for the shipment." Ryan spoke to the radio in front of them and the cars began moving while the jeeps and Alex's car followed behind.

The cars moved at minimal speed and they kept on going deeper the area. This time, they noticed that the area seemed to be colder than the usual and the buildings around seems to be destroyed a bit. The tension kept on growing with the odd and unusual area.

"I don't know. Something feels odd. I can feel it." Alex said as he kept on following the keeps slowly.

There is no response to what he said due to the level of tension in the car. Suddenly, the cars skillfully moved side to side each other and drove at a faster speed. Here, Ryan is left in confusion either to stop the jeeps or to order his men to do as they do. Immediately the cars made their move, a missal, from no where came flying, passing in-between the two cars to hit the first jeep that followed the cars and the Jeep was blown sky high.

"It's a trap!!! RETREAT!" Ryan scream as Alec and the other jeep tried to make moves to escape. They made a full turn and began driving at full speed.

Suddenly, another missal was shot from nowhere, this time, hitting the other jeep and blowing it up.
