Ira was lying on the bed lazily. Her hair was scattered beautifully across the bed, while her cloths were a mess. After lying like that for a while, she unknowingly fell asleep.

*Creak*

Shiv slowly opened the door and entered like an highly skilled ninja as he was afraid of waking her up.

He slowly went ahead and sat beside her on the bed.

Ira looked simply stunning no matter how she dressed. Her beautiful snow like hair which was scattered across the bed made the bed more beautiful.

Ira curled into a ball as she was soundly asleep.

Shiv couldn't help himself. He went ahead and took a lock of her hair and kissed it tenderly. He gently caressed her cheek as he took her hand into his.

Ira suddenly woke up. She was a little surprised to see Shiv beside her.

With a hushed voice she spoke. Her eyes were still half closed. "What are you doing here?"

"This was my room originally. Since you like my bed so much I allowed you to stay here."

"Okay, whatever... I'm still sleepy..."

"Then, how about this? I will take you out to play today. So hurry up and get ready."

Ira instantly woke up as a bright smile was plastered across her face.

"Give me 10 minutes. No, 5 will do!" She jumped out of the bed and started undressing her clothes. A sudden thought struck her.

"You stupid donkey! Get the hell out of here!" She tossed whatever her hand could grab and threw at him.

Shiv with a wide grin on his face, "Yes, yes, My Lady. I will wait outside. But I don't really mind waiting here though."

Ira wanted to smack that grin off his face so badly. She took a pillow and attacked him.

"Yeah, you don't mind. But, I do! Get out, you stupid donkey!"

"Hahaha! Are you sure you want me to leave?" Shiv who was still sitting on the bed, grabbed her waist and locked her between his arms. He tickled her until she let go of that pillow in her hand.

"Hahaha! Stop! That tickles! Hahaha!"

He finally stopped as he rested his head on her chest. Ira who was laughing heartily suddenly went silent as blush crept onto her face.

'This bastard! Stupid Donkey! I can't believe, I let my guard down around him...'

Shiv sighed deeply within her embrace, which made Ira confused.

"Hey, stupid donkey! Are you worried about something? If it is about your ministers, you don't have to worry. I can handle them well. The gossips don't affect me at all. So rest assured."

Shiv was a little taken aback hearing her say all those things. He looked up at her from the embrace.

"How... how did you know about the ministers?"

"Your palace is full of people with loose tongues! Though I don't know if they are like that by nature or putting on a facade."

Shiv smiled at her brightly which made her heart beat faster and faster. She had never seen him smile this brightly before. Her mind was going numb as her face was gradually becoming hotter.

He tightened his grip on her waist as he burrowed his face on her plump bosom.

'Will he hear my heart beat? Omg! He is so close!'

"Why are you not pushing me away?"

Ira cleared her throat as she answered him.

"Because... I thought... you might need this right now..."

Shiv couldn't help but grin widely from ear to ear.

"I'm so sad!"

"Why?"

"Because, you lack nutrients!"

"Huh!?"

"See! You are flat as a board! I should tell the maids to give you lots of nutrients." He didn't stop with just that. He raised his hand and grabbed one of her chest as he continued to tease her.

Ira freaked out as she slapped his hand away and pulled away from his embrace.

"You! You stupid perverted donkey! Get the hell out of here!" Ira finally kicked him out of the room.

"That pervert! Stupid donkey! How dare he! Besides, besides, I'm not flat!! It's big and bouncy! Huh?? Why do I feel like I am getting mad at the wrong thing?"

Ira's pride took a huge blow...

"Why should I wear a wig? It's so uncomfortable!" Ira whined to him as she kept scratching her head.

"It's for your own safety. Bear with it! Take it as a practice so that you won't have the trouble during the banquet."

Ira mumbled under her breath as she followed him closely. The bustling environment made her excited. It was her first time seeing so many people, irrespective of whether they were humans or demons.

She could also spot some normal humans in the crowd. Seeing her eyes brimming with excitement, Shiv couldn't help but smile wide.

"Have you never been to be market before? You are acting like a kid. Haha!"

"Shut up, stupid donkey! This is my first time outside my village. All of these things are new to me. Ohh! What's that?"

Ira spotted a beautiful hair ornament with blue stones sold by a street vendor. The stones matched well with her eyes.

"Do you like it?"

"Hmm... But I don't have any money..." She looked like a little kid who lost her candy.

"Excuse me. I would like to buy this."

"Oh.. Young man, you have wonderful eyes. This is the best piece of hair ornament that arrived from foreign country. It costs 10 gold. But since the lady is so beautiful, I will sell it to you for 5 gold coins!"

Shiv didn't bargain. He just gave him the gold and took the ornament. Ira on the other hand was speechless.

"Hey! That's too costly! Give it back and get the gold!"

"Dummy! If you would like, I can give you the whole world. This is nothing!"

"Huh! You are being so cheesy!"

Shiv took her hair and tied them into a bun as he helped her wear that accessory.

"Beautiful!"

Blush crept on her face as her heart was thumping wildly on her chest.

A little boy dashed onto Shiv and disrupted their cute moment.

"Sorry mister." Saying this he ran away.
