Alex touched his forehead and complained "When are you going to stop teasing me? It has been going on for many years. I was only seven years at that time and I was out of my mind when I decided to propose to you. I request you to please stop it."

Jessica started laughing at his complaints but didn't answer his pleadings.

"ok...I will stop teasing you today as I also think it's enough for today, you must have also reached your limit but I was sincere when I expressed my thanks."

Alex nodded in reply to Jessica's statement.

When both of them were talking, Jumbo came back after cleaning himself and said "Ok I will take responsibility and will trace down the victim..ahem...I mean to say, the culprit."

"So sis you must not involve yourself in this matter and you must go back to mom otherwise she would be worried that you might have killed me."

Jessica ignored Jumbo and said "Why? It is my property. You both are trespassing on my property so you should go instead of saying it to me."

Jumbo then started pleading to her giving the excuse that she had beaten him so badly that his face was swollen so if he went out others would point fingers at her too as he was her brother.

After a few minutes of pleading, Jessica left without saying anything leaving the studio to Jumbo and Alex.

When Jessica left, Jumbo started praising himself that how meticulously he handled the situation otherwise he was sure that he was dead for sure either his old man would kill him or his sister.

He even started rambling on that how he planned the whole scenario where he would get beaten by his sister and he knew that Alex would sell him out to her.

Alex also nodded his head and said: "Yes Mr. planner what you said is true but it would be more believable if you were talking to me instead of the table lamp."

Jumbo gave a light cough and replied "I know…ahem…I know. I was talking to the table lamp. I was just checking your eyesight."

After that jumbo looked at Alex asked for his help because Jumbo made his mind that he would find Katherine and propose to her.

Alex also agreed to help him because he wanted to confirm whether his best friend was tricked by a gold digger or Jumbo was so dumb that he, himself gave money to her without asking any questions.

As Jumbo had stalked her so he already had all the required information which was needed.

He passed his phone to Alex so that he could share information about Katherine with him.

Alex read the information and memorized it.

When Alex didn't say anything, jumbo in an assertive tone said "Dude…what are you doing? She is your future sister-in-law. You can't fall for her charms."

Alex still not answered Jumbo because he found something in the information that gave him so much shock that he didn't know how to respond.

In the information that Jumbo gave him, it was written that she was a single child of her parents.

Her mother worked in a supermarket as an assistant. There was a picture of her mother with that information.

Her father worked as a driver for a Transport Company and the shock he was given came from the picture of her dad.

Her father was the person who was driving the truck when Alex decided to end his life.

When Alex used the ability of time earlier to watch the events after he committed suicide.

He automatically memorized all the details to the point and this was a new feature of the ability of time that he didn't know.

He cursed and sighed "Indeed, Earth is a small planet."

Jumbo again reminded Alex "Don't have any perverted thoughts about her. She may become your sister-in-law."

Alex still ignored Jumbo's nonsense as in his mind he was thinking of a serious matter.

He remembered that when the two cops arrived at the scene they asked a few questions from the driver, who was Katherine's dad, and after asking him a few questions they let him go.

Alex saw that after cops let him go; he left the scene immediately, minding his own business.

If cops let him go then why did he run away overnight? or where were they that no one was able to get in contact with him or his family.

What happened so suddenly that he and his family need to leave the city as soon as possible? or were they even alive?

Alex felt the need to investigate it because he had an intuition that this was related to him.

Katherine's dad might have left the city because of fear but who did he fear and consider a threat to himself and his family? or they might already be buried underground.
