Blood Essence – Blood based energy used to increase physique and used to perform some techniques. Generated through a combination of stamina and vitality.

Mindscape – Also referred to as sea of consciousness or mind sea. Where Yuhao's spiritual energy is stored, as well as the consciousnesses of his beast spirits and their sealed energies.

Spiritual Sea – The location for Yuhao's spiritual power, as well as non-materialised spirit essences and rings.

Spiritual Energy – Also referred to as mental energy. The energy developed to perform spiritual skills that affect the mind. Greater spiritual energy allows for greater spirit ring ages.

Spirit Power – Also referred to as soul power, soul force and spiritual force. The energy used to perform the majority of spirit ring skills and the determining factor of the spirit master's rank and the number of possible spirit rings.
