Val is the protagonist of the story. He is a young orphan boy, who is half High Elf and half Human. He has silver hair with a blue tinge, bright green eyes, and is relatively tall for his age. He has trust issues but is a fair person.

Anna - 9 Years old, fellow Orphan, the only child at the orphanage to wish Val good luck on his awakening. She has brown hair down to her shoulders and brown eyes. Practices with the bow often.

Miss Selina - Mid 40's. Blonde hair and blue eyes. Caretaker of the orphanage. She looked like she would have been a beauty in her prime. She had a large bust and good curves. Raised Val since he was a month old.

Mark - Leader of the adventuring party Lightning Fang. Mark has a Spear Talent. He has shoulder-length blonde hair and blue eyes. He is 18 years old and a D-Rank adventurer.

Becky - Has a Sword and Poison Talent. Member of the adventuring party Lightning Fang. She has light hazel hair and big green eyes, a toned but slim body and decent size breasts, and a toned but fairly curvy ass. She is 18 years old and a D-Rank adventurer. She acts strangely toward Val.

Margret - Has a Lightning Talent. Member of the adventuring party Lightning Fang. She has green hair which indicates she has some elf blood in her, but not enough to have any other defining Elvish features. She was in a relationship with Drake.

Drake - Deceased. Member of the adventuring party Lightning Fang. Drake has a Sheild Talent. He has black hair and eyes and he is about 2 meters tall. He died defending his teammates when the group was attacked by a notorious bandit group. He was in a relationship with Margret.

Mr. Gregory (David Gregory) - Merchant of the Blue Trident Trading Company, which is owned by Duke. He has combed dark brown hair and dark brown eyes. He is extremely good at reading other people and reading their thoughts and feelings.

Jamal - Is a direct knight of Duke Dolan and is considered low nobility. He is incredibly strong, being the strongest person Val has met. The Duke has the utmost trust in Jamal and assigns him missions directly.

Savannah - She has pitch-black hair and bright blue eyes, she is 9 years old, only a few months younger than Val. She wants to awaken a Shadow or Darkness Talent and adventure with Val. She has currently traveled with Jamal to train under Jamal's wife but plans to meet up with Val in the future. Val and Savannah were able to become friends in a short amount of time.

Lizzy - She has blonde hair and big blue eyes, that resembled the ocean, her most defining feature was her feline-like ears. She is half Lion beastman and half human. She comes from a powerful adventurer family and is a rookie adventurer herself.

Bindy - Has hazel hair, and bright green eyes, and a very playful attitude, she can also be very manipulative at times. She is a rookie adventurer. She has a Bow talent and also has a skill that increases her vision significantly.

Bobby and Dobby - Are twins and the sons of a magic blacksmith. They both have Hammer Talents. They are both rookie adventurers.

Jim - Has a sword and Sheild Talent. He is extremely arrogant, due to his brother being a strong adventurer in regards to the average strength in Loka Town. He has his hand cut off by Val and is banished from the adventurers guild.

Clint - Jim's older brother, he is 4 years older than Jim and is a D-Rank adventurer. He is also extremely arrogant.
