A New Start
"Who is he?" Hosier asked Simon who stood frozen beside him. Everyone had a stunned look on their faces, and only Hosier seemed to be completely oblivious of the situation.
Simon got pulled back to reality by Hosier's question, only turning his attention away from Edmund to answer the curious squire. "He's the eldest of the king's bastards, and he's not exactly known for his good deeds."
Hosier turned to get a better look at Edmund, quickly commiting the man's face to memory before returning his gaze back to Simon, now more curious than ever.
"We shouldn't be here, let's go somewhere more private." Simon suggested, leading the way out of the main building. The two walked side by side towards their quarters with Simon explaining everything he knew about Edmund to Hosier.
