Now guys, let me explain the ranks and how they work, and yes I have made a system sub-divided Ex Rank as well, for humans and other beings in fate Ex is limited despite there being the obvious difference between two Noble Phantasms of Ex Rank, but they can't distinguish since it falls in a league of its own and basically humans are unable to distinguish it, but same can't be said for a fucking OP System which just subdivided it.

F---( Average Human Strength, No Magus Qualification)

F--(Above Average Human Strength, 3rd Rate Magus Qualification Example: No named guy having Mana with knowing any Magecraft or low-level mystic eyes)

F-(Peak Human Human Strength, 2nd Rate Maguc Qualification Example: Lord El-Melloi II)

F(Above Peak Human Strength, 1st Rate Magus Qualification Example: Reines El-Melloi Archisorte or Rin Toshaka)
